I'm guessing you know kenshin by now, so i'll just post info on Kyo.
Fights with a large katana, is very fast, strength is on normal athletic levels.
Special Techniques:
Mizuchi - A blast of wind that tears into the ground and enemies, slicing them in half.
Suzaku - Kyo wraps himself in flames resembling a phoenix, said to pulverize anything it touches.
Byakko - Kyo lunges forward, surrounded by chi similar to a white tiger that draws the enemy near with the air pressure it causes.

Kyo is incredibly superhuman and has a bunch of uberpowerful ki techniques.
This is a serious curbstomp.
