Tsunade
The granddaughter of the Shodai Hokage (First Hokage) and the kunoichi of the three legendary Sannin ( Densetsu no Sannin) who is now also known as the Fifth Hokage. Tsunade is a medic ninja as well as a "slug tamer".As a disciple of the Sandaime Hokage, her fellow students included Orochimaru and Jiraiya. Even though she is around 50 years old, her Henge no Jutsu makes it appear as if she were still 20.
Her freakish strength could kill Orochimaru with one direct hit, but her summoned giant slug, Katsuyu is not quite as strong as Jiraiya's toad, Gamabunta. One of her more powerful techniques is cellular regeneration, which requires an immense amount of chakra. She was impaled by Orochimaru's Kusanagi no Tsurugi (Kusanagi Sword) numerous times while protecting Naruto, but easily regenerated herself. This skill, however, requires so much chakra that her youthful illusion is dispelled shortly after using it; the cells also divide so rapidly that they approach apoptosis faster, aging her even further
Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)(slugs)
This Jutsu, using a contract, Seal, and the user's blood, binds an animal to the user. The type of animal is determined by the contract and Seal performed. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once bound, the animal can be summoned to perform a task or help the user in battle.
The summon usually is subservient to the summoner. However, the more powerful summons, for instance Gamabunta, or Manda, demand respect and loyalty from their summoners. Manda even demands human sacrifices.
Shosen Jutsu (Mystical Palm Technique)
By concentrating chakra to the hand, the user is able to cure wounds by focusing their own chakra to where the critical injuries lie, healing them in the process. This jutsu, however, uses up a high amount of chakra. Very skilled Medical-Nins such as Tsunade can use the techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible. This may also be utilised as the Chakra Enjintou and Chakra no Mesu, or the chakra scalpel for that matter - in order to sever the opponent's muscle fibers at the point of contact.
Tsutenkyaku (Painful Sky Leg)
This is basically just a kick down from the air, where Tsunade uses her marvellous strength to create a crater.
Sozo Saisei (Creation Rebirth)
By releasing chakra that has been collected for some time for Infūin: Kai (Shadow Seal: Release), Tsunade is able to heal all her wounds near-instantaneously, regardless of the severity of injuries. Unfortunately, this technique is a double-edged blade, because using it speeds up cell division, significantly shortening her life span.
Ranshinsho (Important Body Points Disturbance)
By attacking the base of the brain stem with chakra converted to electricity, Tsunade is able to flip the brain's movement signals to the arms and legs. For example, if one tried to move their right arm, their left leg would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique
The user assumes the appearance of another person, an animal or even any object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy, so all ninjas should know this technique.
Katsuyu is the giant slug summoned by Tsunade. Compared to Gamabunta and Manda, the summons of Jiraiya and Orochimaru, respectively, Katsuyu is quiet and more subservient to her Sannin master.
Katsuyu Daibunretsu (Slug Great Division)
Katsuyu is able to divide a part of or the whole of her body into smaller slugs.
Zesshi Nensan (Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid)
Katsuyu spits acid from her mouth. The acid is strong enough to melt through boulders.
Tsunade has shown amazing strength in that she picked up Gamabunta's sword and slammed it into Manda's head Gama Bunta's sword is an object that easily wieghs over 15 tons.
Yoruichi
As a member of a noble family and head of the covert ops, Yoruichi acquired a lot of powerful abilities and artifacts.
Yoruichi Shihōin in the form of a cat from the BLEACH anime.One of her most important and unique abilities is that she can transform into a black cat at will. It is unknown if this ability possesses any time limit, but it is unlikely considering she used it for so long that she has become unused to and dislikes wearing clothing (much to Ichigo's chagrin). As a cat, Yoruichi is still able to use many of her abilities. Her transformation allows her a complete disguise in multiple ways; in addition to not appearing in a human form, her voice as a cat is deep enough for most to assume that she is male.
less unique but equally important ability is the flash step (shunpo), which lets her move incredibly fast for short distances with each 'step'. Although many high-ranking shinigami have this ability, Yoruichi holds the title Goddess of Flash ( shunshin), because she can move faster and for longer distances. It's unclear how many steps she can take before collapsing, but we know she needs to catch her breath after 200 steps due to being out of practice for a hundred years, and that she considered this to be not up to her own standards. Yoruichi is a master of hand-to-hand (hakuda) and demon arts (kidō) and has learned one of the ultimate techniques that combines these combat arts. The technique is called shunkō ( flash release) and allows the user to concentrate high amounts of energy in different parts of their body and blast it at opponents.
Yoruichi also has two items that allow her to fly (also used by Ichigo). One is a wand with a skull atop it that produces a tentacle that acts as a harness, and a single, bat-shaped wing that acts as a hang glider. Flight is triggered using the word tobe (fly!). No skill or previous experience is required to fly using this artifact.
The other is the tentōken (heavenly dancing figure), a brown cloak with a large draw string closure at the collar, with a large brooch displaying the Shihōin family crest. Like the wand, the tentōken seems to require no skill or previous experience to use. It also seems to be superior to the wand, since it allows one to hover in mid air, and leaves ones hands free. So far, only Ichigo has been shown using this artifact.
The name and true appearance of Yoruichi's zanpakutō is unknown. In the manga, it was seen in a few panels, resembling a Kodachi or Wakizashi short sword.
The demon arts (kidō) are a type of combat or healing sorcery used by shinigami. Demon arts spells are divided into two major groups: blast spells (hadō), used for direct attack, and binding spells (bakudō), which are spells that restrain or involves restraining someone. To perform a demon arts spell, one must call out the incantation for the spell, similar to releasing a zanpakutō. It is also possible to bypass the incantation for spells, as with the shikai release, however, each level gets successively harder. Even experienced captains cannot bypass a level 90 spell successfully, without a the spell losing much of its power.
