what it really comes down to are the circumstances (which weren't even stated in the first post) with prep time Luthor could come up with something and maybe have a chance, but I'm gonna go with Goku due to his (obviously) greater physical strength and the devastating affects of the Kamehameha wave

I don't see how Lex could win even with preptime. Goku has no major weakness. He has gone up against Super Robots and androids before. And Lex hasn't even killed Superman whom he has been fighting for nearly Seventy years.

Terrible scenario. Goku isn't that stupid, nor that impressionable. If Goku knows that Lex is the enemy, he won't give into those tactics.

Yes he is. Check the fight against Raditz. "Oh please spare me brother, i'll go away, pretty please?" he lets go of the tail and gets his a** handed to him. Now we're talkin' about a far more inteligent character than raditz ever was. He could trick Goku into breaking his own spine if necessary. Lex has all the wits necessary to fool that brawns for brains saiyan.

Depends. If it's just a straight - up fight, he has no chance in hell of beaing Goku. But if he has time to form a plan and analyze Goku's psychology and weaknesses, he could win.

i agreee .001% chance goku wins cause le luther does have those crazy devices like the lazer beams ant stuff on him but that might just be the show jlu
