Personality:
Charismatic as one can be, Victor isn't afraid of reflecting his own emotions. This open-minded mind of his gives him courage, gives him envy and allows others to follow easily under his command. He will act upon his best interests, soothe the tension level of those whom he comes into an encounter with and can be quite a daring individual. He tries to unveil situations into a diplomatic matter with his soothing words but in reality, he tends to break the ice with light humour and tries to put on a smile for those who need it the most.
Bio:
Victor was born in the days of struggle and cruelty where there was one rule and that was survival. He was abandoned at the age of seven, fought his way into the slums of the streets and was forcibly beaten by those who thought of him less. Over the years of his childhood, Victor learned how to fight, how to grow and how to steal from others. It was something not to be proud of but the idea of survival was the utmost importance to him. It took years for him to learn... to grow... to become stronger. Years continuously went by and it wasn't until a just ruler came to be in Vosian was that his life turned for the better. He was found, taken by those who were looking for children to serve, to grow and be a servant to the queen. He was found at the age of fourteen and from there, his life continued to grow for the better. He was trained, pushed to his very limits and taught how to act in a loyal matter. He pledged his servitude completely after the years went by to the queen of this hateful kingdom and was given many choices. He took one in particular and from that, it gave him purposes. He climbed the ranks to this role and from here on now his old title as a survivor turned to a lieutenant of the kingdom. He was thankful, truly and glad that his days were no longer numbered. He could do what he pleased, sleep in a warm bed at night and not worry about the slums of this kingdom no longer. Never will he return to those slums. What he hopes for now is to go up. To achieve an even greater purpose than the one that was given to him.

Abilities:
Haunted Eye
With the ability to entrance others in his eyes, Victor is able to induce surreal illusions to his foe. He can hide his shadow within this trance but remain partially visible with his glowing eyes. He can create horrific images, lull his opponent into disorientation and trick them into acting scared. This illusion can be used for as long as possible but that possibility only lasts when Victor's eyes remained locked on his foes. If he breaks eye-contact then the illusion ends and the victim regains control of their thoughts.
Unnatural Steps - Passive Ability
Mixed with his own natural ability as a vampire to move fast, he is able to mix a level of distortion that creates an almost matrix-like image. This doesn't mean he is faster than most but it does throw off his opponent with several reflections of his arms and legs are being shown with each dodge or punch given.
