I also tend to tire easy if I use my flames for long periods of time which can sometimes lead to me passing out and not waking up for quite sometime.

However I tend to use this only to communicate with others silently and track down people, though even then I tend to block off this ability because if I hear too many voices it can overwhelm me and cause pain.
