Bio: It's often disputed that in his mortal life, he was the king of Argos, waging war against Troy until the latter’s untimely demise by his plotting. It was also here that Agamemnon found his death, but it was not the Greek Pantheon and underworld he found himself. He was in the clutches of Hel, where his half sister Hela released him because of now discovered family bonds. To think that such a trip to Asgard and learn of his true heritage would resort to him now being forever known as Vali Halfling, the son of Loki Laufeyson. Loki had of course known, but who would want such an old man as their child? No, the trickster wanted someone he could truly be proud of and with deception, Vali got what he wanted. The change produced a young male who was still very intelligent, but exhibiting one obvious trait of Loki’s: A very deceitful nature. Vali has been at odds with his father ever since, but every once in a while, they work together, more than the rest of his family, for certain.
Powers:
Vali is a human, asgardian hybrid, providing various advantages over other humans.
Superhuman Strength: Due to his Asgardian heritage Vali has superhuman strength. Allowing him the ability to liftup to 30 tons.
Superhuman Stamina: His musculature generates considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of a human. He can physically exert himself for about 24 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.
Dense Tissue: Like Due to his Asgardian heritage Vali's bodily tissues have about 3 times the density of the bodily tissues of a human.
Superhuman Durability: Vali's body is much harder and more resistant to damage than the body of a human being. Vali can withstand great impact forces, falls from great heights, powerful energy blasts, and exposure to extremes in both temperature and pressures without sustaining injury.
Regenerative Healing Factor: If Vali is injured, his Asgardian metabolism enables him to repair damages tissue much faster and much more extensively than a human being. However, he can't regenerate severed limbs or missing organs, at least not without the aid of powerful magical assistance.
Abilities: Master Tactician and Strategist: Vali is extremely skilled in analyzing and forecasting the future development of social structures. He is able to formulate battle strategies and his brilliant tactical sense allows him to alter any strategy to fit the changing need of the situation.
Intellect: Vali has an extraordinary intelligence and an excellent strategist, able to anticipate future developments of social structures.
Sorcery: Vali is experienced in the use of magic but really showed magical abilities after internalized the enchantments of the Book of Thoth, including the control of minor demons, the projection of different forms of energy and levitation. He can teleport around the world or to any pantheon, by magical or technological means.
Allspeak: Thanks to the Allspeak he can communicate in all of the languages of the Nine Realms, Earth's dialects, and various alien languages.

Weapons: Välmjrn: Vali’s Swordstaff, that is capable of detaching to just a sword and staff separately. The blade glows a shade of teal like his coat, when unsheathed. He uses this very staff at his beck and call for various spells and other mechanics. The sword holds another purpose all on its own, one for fighting and who knows what else.
Other: He's forever at the age of reaching adulthood, but unable to age, leaving him quite the angst you figure prone to have temper tantrums every once in a while despite his best intentions of not blowing a fuse.
