So I know our member list is rather low, and there are many reasons why but there are ways to fix it.

Sure a full campaign would be nice, a group of people going out and suggesting this place... although besides our role plays, what do we have to offer?

As for right now we need a little bit of word off mouth advertising. We could make threads and etc and that would bring in members. Although we also need a public appeal.

If you would like to help me advertize then fine I need the help.

Although let's talk about subtlety here, to our eyes 40 members seems decent but it's rather small.

So ideas on this?

I can only think of things like...

-using BetterGaia for custom post formats that have our guild plainly advertised in our posts
-bragging about what we do here or the times we have had
-bragging about your position or membership
-offering someone you know is a fan to join the guild for a good time

things like that, something word of mouth or.... text on screen that would cause the word to get passed around without advertising to get people interested in joining before we get big and full blown advertise.

So opinions, art, discussion, etc would be appreciative here. The faster we handle this, the faster this place will be active.
