Azreal watched as Nika started talking about naming her pokemon. He decided against saying anything, and simply waited as Nika tried to figure out if her pokemon was male or female. That should be an interesting conversation to have. Again, Azreal observed as the bird pokemon didn't do anything to help aid Nika as to what gender it was. It was then that Nika just blasted out a name, Calo, and the bird seemed to be ok with it. It felt like the name was more masculine, so was the bird pokemon a male then? Azreal didn't know, but he just decided that it was a male until proven otherwise. Azreal blushed embarrassed a bit when Nika finally noticed Moana's tiny arms hitting her arm. However, Nika didn't let him go and instead simply shifted her arm. Again, he blushed not used to the sudden closeness. He just held the little egg pokemon closer to his chest as Nika went to say that it was ok, and that she didn't think she'd be a punching bag for a pokemon.
Azreal let out a nervous laugh "yea... I've noticed Moana can be pretty sassy towards other people, how bothersome" he said, muttering the last part before a sigh escaped his lips. Couldn't the little pokemon control itself? Then again, it was still a child. This was going to be annoying wasn't it? Then the conversation ended and both their attention was dragged back to the odd adults before them. It was still really creepy the way Alana looked at them. It was like she was a fangirl thinking of new ideas for a new possible couple. Azreal had no time for that sort of thing, let alone real friends. He had a purpose, and he needed to make sure that he didn't mess up. Other wise he'd be in big trouble.
That was when he noticed Nika's arm slip off his, and Azreal tilted his head. Not that he minded, it was probably better this way. Alana had probably inadvertently helped him avoid making a friend. As it was now, Nika was blushing similarly to him. Nika would probably avoid him from now on in order to avoid any embarrassing moments like this happening again. He ran a hand through his hair, sighing. This was way more trouble than he wanted, how come he couldn't get his starter items in peace? He didn't blame Nika or anything, he just felt bad she got dragged into all this along side him. When Nika snapped at the two, stating they should get a room themselves Azreal slapped a hand over his mouth to prevent himself from laughing. That was something his sister would have said in the heat of the moment. Azreal laughed despite his efforts, Nika really did say the best things when it came down to it.
It was then that Nika seemed to walk away from the booth, and not wanting to feel the wrath of the two adults he quickly followed her. Moana stared at Nika curiously, before she looked back and stuck a tongue out at the two adults behind them. Not that Azreal noticed, he was still thinking about how the whole situation seemed to escalate. He remained silent, as Nika and her pokemon were getting more comfortable around each other. He noticed the blood that was on Nika's fingertips, and he looked at her concerned. He knew better than to disobey orders, but Nika was interesting to be around. It was hard to lock himself away like he was supposed to.
He chewed the inside of his cheek, as she called him Az again. Was that going to be a normal thing now? He sighed, again running a hand through his hair "no that's fine, you should probably get your head taken care of after all" he said softly. He nodded in agreement, as he shuffled through his bag. He brought out a hand towel and walked over once they were at a fountain. He got the cloth wet, before walking back over to her "let me see your head" he said, looking it over. He smoother her hair out, before dabbing the area that was bleeding "sorry if it hurt a bit, but I need to clean up the blood so it doesn't stain your light colored hair" he said, shrugging. Some might be surprised that Azreal was so calm, usually at the sight of blood people were at least nervous. Not Azreal, he had seen many things... done many things he's not proud of. At this point not even blood bothered him anymore, and that scared him inside. He finished dabbing the areas with the blood, before trying to stop the bleeding. Once he was done he backed off "better?" he asked, before scooping Moana back into his arms again. After she answered, they left the area to explore more of the festival that was happening around them.

’A sneaking suspicion he says. Only an incompetent person would go jump the gun and mistake any dislike for another individual to be hate. People these days need a dictionary.’ Seating herself down upon the chair bestowed upon her by one of the volunteers was certainly needed at a time like this. Standing for a long time was something she wasn’t unaccustomed to. In her field, sometimes she would have to stand around, run, jog, whatever the mission entailed. Standing around and handing out the children’s and some adult’s items was a simple task. The woman didn’t take into account that there would be aged individuals who would give her trouble. ’As long as we don’t cross paths then I’m alright with that. Now I just need to get my hands on a flying-type and make it learn Fly. Just in case.’ Yeah, just in case she was forced in a corner that she needed to desperately run away from. It was always nice to have a backup plan in case this man was a dangerous creep.
’Keep talking about hate and let's see where that gets you.’ The fire bit of his explanation was unclear. There was no definite reason to believe that humans hated fire. ’Is this man just putting stuff out of his a** or is he referring to himself as fire. Ridiculous.’ Such a comparison was something she scoffed at. If he was referring to the fact that he was a teacher then maybe she saw the comparison. But Alana did not believe that the children or anyone would hate him just based off on his character. Finding him ridiculous and rude were more of the labels she would hammer onto his forehead.
’Why does he have to point out their sexes? If you actually tell them things like that it just ruins the whole thing. Uhhhhh! Not only is he making my day worse but he is already ruining my innocent imagination for these two children. ”Who knows,” Alana replied bluntly to the man’s remark on the two children. ’I want it to blossom instead of some stranger shoving it in their faces. It's almost like saying “Hey, you two look good together so you should get together.” Children don’t work like that. They will chose their own path. I’d rather stick to the shadows and watch. Intervening has disastrous effects.’ Even Azreal, the young blue-haired boy, understood what the white-haired man was saying. Already the man’s word were seeping into their minds and may have potentially destroyed any hopes for her imagination to take off into reality. If there was some positive to this then it may be that the students were beginning to communicate with their Pokemon. Everyone by this point had already seen the intriguing relationship between the girl and her Starly.
So, did she take pleasure in his stupidity when he fell? No, she was already at the point where she could care less about this man. Her mind went back to the students but he was still here. And the damage was already starting to show when the white-haired girl said that the two adults should get a room. ’How does this girl know about...wait...I don’t know if I want to know the answer to that...So maybe this does mean that she knows about stuff that adults do….Oh, how wonderful! So she would definitely take initiative with Azreal!’ The light in her eyes sprung up at this new development.
”I think talking about love around children will label you as a *****. And talking about it around me is going to get you hurt.” The woman did not sound at all humoured in comparison to the white-haired man. She just shuffled some papers and didn’t bother to meet his gaze. There was quite a bit of blah blah blah till keywords like Environmental and Samuel were picked up. ’FINALLY!’ Internally heaving a sigh of relief she got to work in finding his card and quickly handed it to him. ”This is your ID which you will need to get around. Until further notice you can join the games with the other students.” Alana physically shooed him away with a wave of her hand and joyfully marked his name off the list.

Samuel stood there as the women made a comment about him being a '*****', which made him put his right hand over his heart and leaned back posture as his left hand extended towards her as he gasp rather loudly! "ME!? A *****! I, SAMUEL PANTER REFUSE TO BE CLASSIFIED AS SUCH!" He said rather demanding but the serious mood of his was ruined by his playful chuckle.
"Plus in my defense, i'm not attracted to children, if your not in my preferred age gap, then chances are i wont considering you anything." He chuckled playfully once more as he scratched the back of his head. He was confused by the last bit though, his head tilting to the side provided the proof. "Why can't i not talk about it around you? Do you not approve of love? Regardless of ifs its young or Old?"
As he talked his tone slowly went from cheery to rather sinister as he spoke again "If so... Then your no better than the scum at the bottom of my family tree that 'run the family' to success." If his eyes could be spotted threw the shades would show a rather hostile stare. Which was rather short lived when samuel realized his... Terrible to say the least personal traits kept boiling.
Resulting in Samuel, literally punching himself as hard as possible in the face hard enough to make him change his stance and leave a punch mark on his own face. Taking a deep breath to relax himself as he pulled a small bottle and opened it up. Let a single pill plop onto his hand and he threw it into his mouth and consumed it rather quickly.
He grabbed the ID and looked at it rather puzzling then at her "But... I don't wanna play games, and since i cant really go anywhere is it ok to chill with you? Since your at the booth and it seems lonely and all." He chuckled nervously, not nervous for interacting with but more for what just happened.
As he stood there awkwardly a lil voice continued to whisper, and samuel kept ignoring it~.
The woman was just rocking in her chair for the next person to show up. They didn’t even need to be a Dante member, anyone would make do. But perhaps fate wasn’t going to let it have her way today because someone seemed quite keen on staying. It even seemed like he was trying the dramatic approach with his dramatized expressions and gesture. ’A real comedian, eh? That's not going to work out on me fella.’ At the moment, any other distraction would have worked. If there was something to distract her from the grown adult in front of her, she might as well consider it a treasure in this small booth of hers.
Alana had a feeling that this guy wasn’t going to go on his merry way. This...Samuel dude was talking up a storm and she really didn’t know if this guy was trying to flirt with her or not. IF this guy was then she honestly had no interest in the guy. Maybe he had a nice body and a nice face but the attitude was something else. If the attitude could do a complete 180 based on what she saw, then there was a chance at a light lunch. ”Love is different for everyone and everything. It comes in so many different shapes and sizes that we can’t bother to categorize it. What one person loves another person could hate or dislike. What humans consider love, a Pokemon could consider different. For an adult human love is one thing and for a child love is another. Their definition of love is just not the same as ours. And even what they consider love will certainly be different with what another kid considers love. It's just not so simple to discuss around kids. There is no way I want to be held accountable for warping what they think and believe love to be. Oh brother...she was just getting all chatty with this guy. Yet the topic was quite compelling for her to commute back with him even if she wasn’t going to agree on his personality.
The woman went back to looking for something between the boxes when the man’s voice took a 180. She just paused with what she was doing, that tone of voice didn’t sit well with her and like Arceus was she just going to take it lying down. When the girl decided to make eye contact with the man she was just in time to see him punch himself in the face. In all honesty it was actually really surprising and not at all something you would see on a daily basis. And there were even some mixed feelings as to what someone should respond in this situation. ’Should I just send him to the loony bin? Is he dangerous to the citizen and children of Starlight City? Is he a danger to me?’ This Samuel character was already a loose cannon in her book and she wasn’t quite sure if a guy like this should be teaching children.
Watching the man take some kind of a pill from his bottle, Alana confirmed that there was something wrong with him. Not it wasn’t like no one had their own problems that could temporarily be solved by a pill or two, yet it may be that this guy had more on his plate than what the naked eye could see.
As he returned to his questionably normal state Samuel began to talk about staying at the booth longer. ’Gosh this might be tiring. I honestly don’t know if I should leave him or stay with him. If I leave him is he going to be a loony with someone else or is he going to hurt someone? Make up your frippin mind you so-called-teacher!’ ”Since you’re going to be a teacher here it may be best to go and see your pupils. I don’t want anyone thinking that I’ll be too busy to talk to them if they see me talking to you.”

He cleared his thoughts and remembered the 'good ol days' and spoke in a more proper tone as he smile sinister-ly than usual so far "Love. Though its true that it does vary from person to person and so does hate. Though it changes like the leafs of a tree... Or the tides of a ocean. Who ever causes the biggest wave dictates what is right and what is wrong. How one go's about love, matter not in the eye of our fated lives crafted by the so called gods.
