[Approximately 18 days after The Gift (The same day as The Daily Grind)]
It was about midday before things could get set up properly. Zaku and Cordelia had been on the roof of one of the main media buildings in Norcrest. He had been watching her work carefully as she had spent the better part of the morning, trying to boost the signal for their attack.
Cordelia sighed in exasperation and frowned, "I'm not going to be able to do it. Though, all of Norcrest is going to see it. If we need to, we can go to other cities and do it too."
"No need, we will just loop it for 20 minutes then cut the feed. That should be enough time to catch fire. By then, all the other cities will be on full alert there would be no point in traveling. This will have to do. Let them do the work for us."
Cordelia yawned a bit, leaning back. "You got it. Shall I start? It's about lunch time, there should be a pretty hefty crowd by now..."
Zaku moved to the edge of the roof and looked down at the bustling streets filled with humans and non-humans going about their daily routines in the innerworkings of the city. "Play it."
Cordelila nodded and hit play on her laptop, setting it to playback 20 minutes and closed the lid. "It's going."

A video began to play on every television broadcast in Norcrest, it showed Moira being questioned and tortured, as a voice talked about Haven and the horrible things they did to Metas. Now showing very small clips of experiments they ran on Moira while she was there, letting her screams fill the ears of those walking on the street below as the main giant LED television displayed the video for all to see, plastered against to side of the media building. It then showed Moira standing outside solemnly staring out into the darkness of the night, lit up by the full moon in the sky, her arm clearly missing in the shot as she stood there silently, unaware she was being filmed as she seemed deep in thought about things. The soft sound of her singing to herself could be faintly heard in the silence.
Cordelia got up and walked over to Zaku, placing a hand on his shoulder hesitantly as they frowned at each other. She pulled shadows to them, covering them up as they faded away from their position.
The video then talked about how it did not stop at Metas, they still attacked true races, showing video of Dr. Kae, the injuries she had sustained. It spoke of how this was very illegal, and it should be on Metas as well. It showed Kae from a distance, screaming and panicking as she came to consciousness in a bed. Crying out, and thrashing so hard it was beginning to reopen the wounds she had sustained, Blaise right at her side healing her and staying calm about the whole matter, a look of deep worry on her face.
The video then talked about how it wasn't just adults, but children as well, showing images of Paige, a toddler with wounds around her neck and wrists, images of the shackles placed on her, still baring flesh stuck fast to the iron inhibitors.
The video then explained how the governments and politicians were funding such facilities to continue to do this to them, it displayed the names and accounts and transactions of donors to Haven and other facilities operating in disguise that were Haven also. It scrolled through numerous large sums of transactions before fading into more images.
It asked for rights for Metas, it asked for support. They were tired of fighting, they just wanted to live. Without fear of persecution. Without fear of being tortured or experimented on. It showed Paige giggling happily as Michael brushed her long glowing hair. It showed the same girl walking towards the camera waving awkwardly as a female voice asked "Is that your new Daddy?" and the small child simply nodded and waved more vigorously with a big smile and the female couldn't help but giggle a bit at her innocence.
It showed someone sneaking a peak into a bedroom where Moira and Arno sat quietly resting on each other as they sat side by side.
It showed Kae sitting in a bed, staring off in thought, quietly.
The feed cut and then began to loop. As this continued on for 20 minutes before cutting back to regular programming as if nothing had ever happened.
