I really don't agree with their policy, but you know, I'm a firm believer that the parents need to do something about that as well. I think as parents we have a responsibility to educate ourselves so we can teach our kids all things about sex, instead of making the school the teacher on something so personal. With that being said, however, I think the school should be providing an education to go along with that regarding sex if the student and parents want to participate in it. I don't understand WHY someone wouldn't want to, but it's their choice. It should be an option. I also think the parents if they want that, they should research on the schools their children go to and I think teens should also take a proactive stance on educating themselves.
