My parents just put up with it. If I have to deal with their stuff, then they have to deal with my stuff. It's sort of an unwritten agreement.

I was lucky in that my parents were really cool about it. I currently live with my gramma, and while I don't think she completely approves, we just let each other be. Which is all I ask. Look it up at your local library on the computers, check out the books there too. There are good sites out there, for free.
