Damion stopped and looked over at the teacher once she said they had did a good job. He watched her for a moment as she told them what to do. He then nodded and went over to where she had been and tried to do as she did. When he got tired of hanging he would let go and rest for a moment be then got back up and waited for the teacher to say stop.

Naomi Tachibana followed the instructor's orders once more. She had the same issue as before where she couldn't get it right away, but she eventually picked it up. She could feel her arms working and her muscles toning. While she was relatively flexible and athletic, she wasn't very strong. She was fairly thin, and building muscle would take a lot of work. Climbing walls would help her greatly. In between a few lifts, she'd take a break to catch her breath.
