Life ate me, and then shenanigans on another RP guild I'm part of started full swing and the holidays and all that. Still here for FEF tho whenever things to pick up again. >w< So anyway happy new year peeps.
To be honest, I've been around it's just not much has been happening. Also. Nino, I think most of it is that people are insanely busy with RL. Rath has been around FEF doing whatever he can kudos to him for being awesome. We lost a few people along the way like Melethia though she had a personal reason for that and it's her own choice. I'll alway love this guild no matter what. FEF brought me too many memories just to abandon it. And I've met so many great friends here. It's the main reason why I'm even around Gaia anymore. Not to go into a huge deep rant or anything, but I don't like what Gaia has become these days.
And the Character of the Week thread... I've been wondering whatever happened with that? It's like Rhys week jynxed it or something. emo
I'd like to do something if I can help even a little bit. Maybe to bring in some FE discussion to the table.
Also I hope everyone had an excellent New Years, Hurray for 2015! emotion_awesome

Hey, Nino!
A lot's happened since we last saw each other. I've bounced between three different jobs, and I am finally settling on my most recent job as a substitute teacher for the biggest district in my city. Life (and my schedule) has been hectic as a result. I needed these past few weeks of Winter Vacation just to calm down a little!
There has been family drama, but I won't get into that. Things are okay now.
I've had some dental troubles too. I just had a tooth pulled but it's thankfully healing alright.
I've been on Skype because I had a computer crash a few months ago, and AIM lags like crazy on it. x.x
I am still fond of Gaia because I am perpetually dressing up my avatar while checking up on threads, and also trying to make writing progress.
I will try and make progress on peoples' requests when I can. I've had a lot RL stuff to sort out but I'm taking care of it bit by bit.
This is gonna be the year. I'm getting my drivers license. Finally. Since I'm out of college at least that isn't holding me back anymore.
I've been in and out of it, but Nino, my interest in Night Vale did come back a little. ^^ If you want to talk about it, do feel free.
I have another dentist appointment today, and then work the next three days. I will be around when I can.
That's enough about me! I hope you're all doing swell.

As for Night Vale...
I actually saw a pretty unique and intelligent post about Carlos. Like, it's his life's work to make new discoveries in the name of science. Maybe the story is moving away from their relationship, but it never was a romance podcast in the first place. Just because the story doesn't focus on their relationship, doesn't mean it's falling out. As far as I know, they're sticking together.
I don't know if the creators would outright sink the Cecilos ship. It would be a shame if they did, but I can roll with it.
I have a feeling that Carlos is going to do something to stop the truest Unraveling of All Things though. As far as I know, they only thwarted it in Night Vale.
I found it kind of sad that they were too late to save Desert Bluffs. I wanted that town to have a collective "My (not) Smiling God, what have I done?" moment.
Speaking of Desert Bluffs, what do you think has happened to Kevin? He was trapped in the same desert as Carlos. I wonder if he will regain his pre-Strexcorp memories and possibly return, but not as an antagonist.
There are still so many unanswered questions!
Have you listened to the newer live shows? I am literally just getting back into Night Vale by reading the transcripts as I can't find the time to properly listen, and my interest flip-flopped in the "bonus" episodes of November. December's episodes seem to get right on track though.
If the live shows are any good, let me know. I'll be buying them for one dollar like I did Condos and The Debate. I'll re-listen to those sometime. They're great episodes in themselves.
