I'm sort of new to the game and i need some advice. I mostly use meat, dervish, and fire rain

My ringset that I always used was slash, solar flare, shark attack, dervish, diagnose, divinity, fortunes favor, and rock armor.
It is good to have a little bit of everything- close combat, long range, area of effect, healing, and some buffs

It is good to have a little bit of everything- close combat, long range, area of effect, healing, and some buffs do some rings only come from certain enemies or is it all chance?
