Does magic come naturaly to people or do you have to find it?

~ Like any skill there are people who get it faster than others. Some people may have raw talent but if they don't develope it someone who has worked hard but didn't start out with any particular talent will still best them. So not to say that people are born with full fledged ability, but each person is born with a propensity for something, music, art, science, math, magic... anything but it is still up to them to cultivate it if they want to get anywhere using it. ~
