One more thing: his account settings might be set to 'hide images'. In that case a picture of a little policeman shows up. He will have to click that policeman first to see the 'glowing message'.
Or change the settings in 'account preferences' so images will show up.

The glowing tanks have green text and it says "
Glowing for ...... minutes" If you click on that text you`ll be send to the tank and you can play.
Now, in case you have more tanks glowing on the same page, play the ones with the most minutes first. The glowing "expires" after 13 minutes. You can grab a maximum of 100k gold per day.
