Ven was feeling very good sparring with him. Her muscled burned with each movement, that was like ecstasy to her. The burning sensation in her body the adrenaline keeping her going. She smirked as she had pushed him back, but then he spoke saying something about something she was forgetting and that was defense. She had not forgotten about it, but he did catch her quite off guard. She tried to dodge but she didn't have time or room to move. She froze and sucked in her stomach and leaned back a bit his blade barely missing her body. She stood there shocked and amazed at the same time. She smirked and nodded to him. "You're quite the opponent" she said smiling. It had been a good while before she had met someone who was a good challenge.

Kieth Hietz

Kieth watched his bo staff almost penetrate through the barrier but failed to do so. He kept his eyes on his weapon as it bounced back at him and Kieth swiftly caught the bo staff. He was then ready to go again with twice the force, his plan was to land and with the force he had with the caught bo staff he was going to twirl it and shoot it behind him to fly back at Miya. He wasn't thinking whether or not if Miya would be able to block the impact since it did slip his mind. However he did know the consequences of using such a technique puts a great strain on his body. A similar move was performed on the red team's leader, which Kieth is still slightly recovering from.

Unfortunately that plan back fired because when Kieth landed Miya was there already attacking. He wasn't going to lie she was giving him more trouble then what he original thought before. For having a bo staff Kieth really didn't prefer the up close combat. The first stab that Miya threw out cut Kieth along the shoulder and Kieth which made him twitch slightly. He twirled his staff swiftly to counter the incoming attacks from Miya as he worked on backing away. When his arms started to get tired he quickly leaped away from miya and looked at her breathing slightly heavy. He enjoyed the practice since he wasn't too experienced fighting people like her. He then smirked, " I have to admit you are giving me trouble." He then pointed the bo staff at Miya's left arm with his good arm. Moments later he shot out the other end of his bo staff at Miya's left arm because it was the one she used to barrier herself with. Kieth personally didn't like using this move because it was difficult to catch halved bo staff and if he did manage to do so he couldn't follow up on it. He was surprised how much damage was able to land on him.

Kieth smirked when he watched the halved bo staff made contact with her hard. No doubt it did damage but it wasn't enough to stop her. Both a stalwart and a swordsman. Kieth thought to himself as he frowned slightly when she swatted the halved bo staff away. Now Kieth was left with a halved bo staff while the other laid on the ground and Kieth wonder how he would get over to it.

Before he knew it Miya was airborne and he watched her carefully. Something pulled Kieth out of consciousness and Kieth stared blankly and pointed the barrel end at Miya's head. by instinct he was about to pull the trigger to shoot the laser out of the barrel but Kieth used his weak hand to grab hold of his arm that was holding the weapon. The pain from his cuts brought him back and he quickly realized what he was about to do and knew he would need to end this spar soon before he loses it. Kieth watched Miya swiftly attack him from the left and quickly blocked with the halved bo staff. He used the force to hop back to his other halved bo staff and he snapped it back together. "Were done." He said bluntly as he held his head slightly. He was never good with sparring it played with his head to much. Unlike enemies he could go all out and develop strategies on how to defeat them but when sparring he wasn't good at inflicting damage without seriously injuring them. He was indeed a reckless fist in his mind. " I'm afraid I cannot continue to fight I am almost lost it when I took aimed at you during you were airborne." He said as he gave a weak smirk and gave her a thumbs up.

Ven saw that she had cut him. It wasn't intentional no this was suppose to be a fun fight giving your all, but trying not to hurt each other. Though when she did hurt him she knew they were fairly matched in stamina and speed. This was quite interesting Ven was having fun. She then saw a look in his eyes ready for more. She too wanted a little more of a fight. He had given her a compliment before asking if she was ready to admit defeat or continue going. Ven would never opening admit defeat until she hit the ground. "You're challenge is still accepted" She said with a smirk. She readied herself in what appeared to be a half offensive half defensive pose. She watched him carefully with her eyes locking onto her target.

She saw his weapon aimed at her but was unsure of what was going to happen, then their weapons met, her attack blocked as she was pushed away. However before she could make another move he announced that they were done. She snapped her sword arm down, then up to the sheath to her back and sheathed her weapon as she listened to him speak. Before sheathing her weapon the crystal was 'shut off' and the light that surrounded her arm disintegrated and she gave her own small smile in return to his.

"It is good to know that you have self control, I was unsure of your movements and would not have blocked it in time. It tells me that I must practice more." She smiled, then made a slight bow in respect, and that the match had ended. "I had enjoyed our match. Now we should rest and heal so that we are ready for tomorrow." She wondered if the nurse would be up at this hour. She wondered if there was one, she wanted to check and make sure that no serious damage had actually been done to her arm.

Jason smirked as Ven answered his question and made her way to the poles, obviously having some experience with them, balancing on one whereas he was on the board and it didn't help that she taunted him when she landed. He did his best to maintain his composure even though he was slightly agitated on the inside which didn't help the wound on his arm hurt any less.

"Hmph Alright," He said through gritted teeth, "let's do this." Jason jumped off the platform he was standing on and made his way to Ventera making an effort to use the poles themselves instead of the planks between them unaware that as he was doing so the stone on his sword's hilt started to give off a faint red glow. When he got within reach of her was when he struck, swinging at her legs instead of her body this time.

((OOC: No worries, I figured that would be the best way to let you know that I'm here. Sorry my previous post was a little late, had a busy week last week and wasn't able to get on and come up with a decent post :p ))

Miya looked up as Keith spoke and smiled, then sighed, rest was indeed a good idea. She watched him a moment more as he seemed to space out then suddenly punch the wall. She was curious and slightly concerned but she did not say anything, she did not think that it was any if her business as of the moment. Then he sat down, she debated on going to see if there was a nurse but instead would unwrap her arm gear and check it out for herself to see how bad it was first before continuing out of the gym.

((Sorry. Work, food, sleep, and skyrim have takin up my time. As I wait for wifi data to roll over. Though I think it probably has by now. I just haven't felt much like getting on lately.))
