1. What kind of individuals are you seeking?

I'm looking for the most mightiest warriors with hearts of gold! I'm looking for the toughest of the tough, people who aren't afraid to fight back! And fight back hard. I'm looking for the most ruthless of killers, so ruthless just looking at them makes someone faint from their sheer pressure. I'm looking for people that could fight well, and hard! They need to know manners when they see it and know what it means to be a man! Not no gosh darn flower! They need to learn to be strong, and to be strong, you gotta learn to face danger in the eyes and spit on it. No one wants cowards.
2. How would you describe the atmosphere around your division?
The atmosphere should be rough and threathening. People should learn not to mess with us when they enter our domain, but for some reason, it's been quite relaxing. You know what? I'm about to march in there and get them fighting right now!

3. What do you require of new recruits?
I want them to show me that they aren't afraid to challenge me. If they could challenge me, then I know their ready to join my division. I would also like them to have a lot of potential.
