Like my WISH godtier of Lord Of Void they say Lord Of Void is being able to become the Ruler of the Furthest Ring which I find interesting. But what IS there to rule? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!? BUT SOMETHING!? RULE THE HORRORTERRORS?! D:

Okay, sooo. The Furthest Ring is pretty much just the outside of the session someone is playing in and is what keeps all of the sessions divided. It is visible from Derse. Dreambubbles and horrorterrors are there. It is literally just a big, impossible to navigate void filled with nothing but bubbles and scary tentacle monsters that talk to Derse dreamers in their sleep. So I would say all of that is neutral ground. Or space. Void? Whatever.

As the Lord of Void, you'll be able to actually navigate through it. Void players (as shown by Roxy) can also move through dream bubbles (while Dirk, a Heart player, couldn't), which is pretty cool. Since we don't know much about the Lord class, I'm guessing that yes, you would have the power to rule over the Furthest Ring in a way, but not the Horrorterrors, as they seem to have their own agenda and just seem to live in the Furthest Ring.

I don't know where they got the whole "Dark God" thing from, though. Can I see the post you got that from?

Horrorterrors, however, aren't necessarily good or bad. They technically did give advice to Rose and glubbed up the Dreambubbles (after Feferi asked her lusus to ask them), which gave any and all players an afterlife. They've also talked to any Derse dreamers who actually listened to them, kind of like the clouds of Skaia but for Derse dreamers. But to say this makes them good isn't really true- they also seem to have plans of their own and gave Jade some creepy as ******** nightmares (and Feferi helped with that). So they're more like loose cannons more than anything. But, you know, they're creepy and it's alright to be creeped out by them. I am too, haha.

Ohh, that would make much more sense than what I was thinking then!

Anyway, the benefit of ruling over the Furthest Ring, think about it. It's not complete nothing; it's all the space between a whole lot of sessions (and with more as more sessions are created). It's literally an infinite space where space and time aren't stable, where everything is dark, and where one can hear the whispers of dozens of giant tentacle monsters, whispering in tongues that, if heard, could probably cause one's bones to explode (if Rose's Grimoire is anything to go off of). Plus the dream bubbles, which can serve as an afterlife for the others in your session should they die. And whatever else is out there (computer servers like Rose's SBURB walkthrough, maybe).

And no, it wouldn't be a failure if a Lord of Void was scared of Horrorterrors, because even the coolest of kids would be at least a bit creeped out by them. Because, dang, have you seen them they're like a sushi chef's worst nightmare, haha.
