Merlin Academy & Entei.
Merlin Academy was founded in honour of yours truly, Merlin. In his time he was a very important and prestigious Mage who was known for his adept understanding of magic. He and the just as famous philosopher and scientist, Entei (Einstíce Entei) worked together to create the home of all that followed the Arcaz Sovereignty, the very city called Entei, namesake to it's founder.The Academy itself is centered within the very epicenter of Entei. Towering well above any other buildings and standing as a symbol, it symbolizes the Arcaz Sovereignty and all of its students. Where as Entei City, the giant, yet organised cascade of the most advanced technology and structures known to Occulas is a diamond among science, and the power it brings to the Sovereignty.
"Everyone has a right to understand their origin, their purpose, and their potential" - Merlin, now official motto of Merlin Academy.
The academy is made of various different class rooms which widely covers both Science and Magic and has the best teachers that Occulas can provide. It is split into several sections. In the center is a large atrium where the age-old Tower of Merlin still stands unused and preserved since the day that he lived. The academy was built around it. It is said to be the most potent source of magic, anywhere. In the higher towers and outside column magic is studied. The bottom half consists of the majority different sciences available and technology-orientated lessons This is all except for the smaller towers that exist within the lower area, where Marlin believed magic should always be studied in high, open spaces, where windows can provide the views of the outside world.
It can be widely accepted that the city is mostly made of adept technology, however if one looks far more closely it is obvious the ways of old, the ways of arcane magic is spread through out each and every corner. Floating bookshelves, candles, Arcane Crystals, enchanted lamps and so on. Technology only became a way for some, whilst other's kept to their magic traditions.
If anything is to tide you over, it is perhaps the motorbikes and cars that Entei is known to produce, clean energy powers, sustainable and 'slick'.
