Heres is the library inside the tower. Its full of books, and desks.

Sometimes I lose sight... ѕуяєη ...but I'll always find myself beneath the waves  мєℓℓσηу gяα¢є нαяtєℓ Mellony had gone to her room and taken a shower before getting dressed in her usual outfit consisting of a black, strapless belly shirt, a black skirt, black tights, and her back shoes. She had a black collar around her neck and sleeves on her arms, along with her black thin rimmed glasses resting gently on her nose. Her damp hair was pulled back into a long ponytail. She got to the library and had the door open, the quiet, mechanic whooshing sounding from it. She stepped in and quietly walked along the rows of books. She found a book that she had yet to read. The next in a series that she was quite taken with. She turned and decided to sit by the window to read. The same window that she was visible through when she was down at the water's edge.
The library had desks put up against the window, as well as some comfortable chairs. She was smiling down at the book when she came to the section of the library where the seating was. She raised her violet eyes to find an open space when they rested on one of the other new Titans. She tried to remember who it was. She had met so many new people in the short amount of time she was there that she had a hard time keeping them straight in her mind. She kept looking at him as she tried to remember. It probably seemed rude to him that she was just standing there staring at him. But she was really trying to remember who he was. She slowly moved to a comfortable chair and lowered herself into it, her eyes never leaving the man in front of her. Locale: Library

Sometimes I lose sight... ѕуяєη ...but I'll always find myself beneath the waves мєℓℓσηу gяα¢є нαяtєℓ Mellony's eyes shifted down to the book she had chosen. She opened the cover and raised it slightly as she began to read. Her violet flicked back and forth as she read each line. She was quite a fast reader and she made it through a couple of pages by the time Emerald came back to the table. Mellony raised her eyes for a brief moment before going back to her book. A small smile formed on her lips as she got further and further into her book. She pulled her legs up onto the chair and curled up into a small ball as she continued reading. Until there was movement out of the corner of her eye.
She uncoiled her self from her ball and looked at Reid when he gripped his head, yelling at nothing. She stiffened and pressed herself back into the comfy chair when he flipped the table, continuing to snap at whatever it was he was talking to. She just sat there, wide eyed, staring at him when he put the table back and apologized for the way he reacted.
"Holy hell, man..."
She spoke quietly and softly as she continued to gape at Reid. She raised her book again and curled up, hiding her face behind it. She didn't understand that. He should be able to control his powers. And control when he can and cannot hear the ghosts shouldn't he? She could control her powers, though it was a very hard thing to do. It took a lot of time for her to figure out how, but she had managed to figure out how to control her hypnotic powers. So now she could sing when she wanted without having to worry about the repercussions of putting an innocent bystander or teammate under her spell. Locale: Library

Emerald kept reading her book upside down. Not gathering any information, and found it useless. Then Reid had an outburst. Her ring activated and she took to the air, “….” A green plasma like glow formed around the table, as she placed it back in place. Lilith swore under her breath, and sat back down, the power from her ring, caused her blue eyes to glow green. Smiling gently, her watch started to beep. Opening her eyes wide she stood, “Uh… I got to go.. Have to meet someone.” She smiled lightly again before leaving the library leaving the book on the table. Emerald, open a window, and flew out of it and headed towards Jump City.
The strawberry blonde continued to fly over the bay, and at the shore of the Tower were apparently two new Titans. YAY she wasn’t going to be the newest recruit! But now… she didn’t want to be rude, she just had somewhere to be, or she would have let the duo inside the tower. Her hand grasp the communicator that was in her jacket, and she saw her destination only a few block away.

Sometimes I lose sight... ѕуяєη ...but I'll always find myself beneath the waves мєℓℓσηу gяα¢є нαяtєℓ Mellony sat quietly in the comfy chair, completely happy and absorbed in her book. She was there for quite some time, even she wasn't sure exactly how long. But before she knew it, she was already halfway through her book. She felt so stiff from keeping curled up for so long. She closed her book and set it off to the side, forcing her legs to straighten out and uncurl from underneath her. She pushed herself up from the chair, her legs wobbling slightly due to the fact that they had fallen asleep.
She hopped from one foot to the other, grimacing slightly from the tingling in her legs and feet from the blood circulating through them. Being the klutz she is, her weak, tingly legs gave out on her and she fell forward into the window. She leaned against the glass, the window supporting her weight as she regained the feeling in her legs. She looked down through the window, spotting a group of people on the shore. She wondered what was going on. It couldn't hurt to check it out right? She turned and grabbed her book, feeling in her legs and feet now fully restored. She trotted over to one of the bookshelves and put her book back before exiting and heading down to the entrance. Locale: Library
