Born on the London streets in 1893. An orphan, he had it worse than most because of his Elven features, and even other beggars looked down upon him. When he turned 20, he stowed away on a ship to America for a new beginning, but it was not to be. Once more, he found himself in the streets and discriminated against by even the most downtrodden of humans, but he soon made friends, and despite the roughness of his life, he managed to get by. He changed cities and countries frequently, and as a result, he doesn't really identify with any sort of nationality; this is reflected in his accent, which can, oddly, be described as a mix between Japanese and South African. When he came of age, he was recruited into a world law enforcement service calling itself the PLEA, or Paranatural Law Enforcement Agency, or also known as just the Agency, which basically handled crimes committed by and against elves like himself, and other nonhuman citizens. He proved his worth to the agency, and he rose through the ranks, before becoming one of their most respected agents.
However, his most recent successful case, which broke up an infamous worldwide kidnapping ring, earned him the ire of slaver and slave owner alike. Eventually, a slaver, wishing to pay Zephyr back for the blow to the slave trading industry, captured him, and sold him into the very slave market he had been fighting against. Now in deep into the slaving ring, one wonders: Will he ever escape...?
