Appearance Description:Wears the basic bottom of the shinigami uniform, different footwear wears Geta sandals with no socks, Instead of the normal belt he wears a long red sash with one of its ends hanging down very low, he wears a modified top that has no sleeves, his Captains haori is also highly modified it has no sleeves A higher collar with black around the collar the inner of the coat is a light green and on the back of the coat the part on the back has 4 belts criss-crossing each other two belts on each side at the bottom the coat is split into tails like a petty coat the squad number is located on the tails of the coat. He wears white gloves with red crosses on them the gloves also have large cuffs to them. His arms are tattooed the same on each arm the design being though just a simple pattern. Personality: A very kind man he is always helpful to anyone even if they happen to be an enemy he is also most recognized with his usual kind smile which gives him a friendly demeanor even with his heavily scarred face, he also seems to come off slightly cold at times due to his brash nature and love of fighting, he tends to have perverted ways though going to any attractive women he meets though his perverted thoughts tend to clash heavily with his gentlemanly side, he has a strong blood-lust and darkside due to his slightly dominant other personality, though through all this he tends to try to stay a gentleman at all times no matter what. Even with all that he is a very lazy man, he will do whatever he needs to get out of doing something if he does not find it fun.

Background: Keibetsu is a man with a interesting past, having come from the world of the living as a warrior he was already quite skilled when he came to the Soul Society. When alive he was a warrior serving his family, he was at age 20 at the time, sadly one night his entire family was slaughtered by an assassin, which then him and his brother took up in head to head battle, during this battle his brother was felled first, his head being removed with a clean slash from the assassin's blade, Keibetsu was done in next by a poison dart then a slash to his abdomen spilling his guts giving him a slow agonizing death. It took his soul 2 years to be brought to the Soul Society after his family, before being brought a hollow had been following him, it saw the soul leave with the shinigami to the soul society it took this opportunity to invade. Once Keibetsu arrived with the Hollow in pursuit it did not take long for his Spiritual energy to come out, the hollow pinpointed it and called many others... a bloody attack then struck the Rukongai. During the battle Keibetsu was cornered in a alleyway, he closed his eyes as a clawed hand came down towards his head, he then opened them to utter darkness... all that stood before him was a large horned winged skeleton laughing silently to itself. The being walked towards Keibetsu it asked to point to a bone, a bone that would represent his will, Keibetsu thought about this for a while before choosing, what bone could he possibly pick... he then understood, the bone that would represent his will was all, not one single thing could, the skeleton laughed and then responded with "Take me in your hands now, I will help make your will a reality." He opened his eyes, a large sword now in his hands the hollows began backing up slightly in fear. A demented smile took over Keibetsu's face, with one swing he killed the hollows that where just a second ago the predator... the hollows were now the prey. Keibetsu slaughtered them all effortlessly, including three of the shinigami sent to protect him, luckily one was able to calm him and cover up his attacking the shinigami. After a week the shinigami came to Keibetsu with a letter of recommendation for the academy, Keibetsu accepted easily, he had a purpose. Shortly before starting classes he found his family though his little brother was still missing no one knew where he had gone to though still this was a rare feat in the soul society, they had a strange reunion before Keibetsu had to go off to the academy. During his days in the academy he was a quiet person keeping to himself, he excelled well in every area, he gained high marks, but was seen as unstable due to this he was almost never passed, but squad 4 saw his work with poisons an obsession that hit him after being killed with them, he was creating them as well as making cures, he graduated 4 years later, with very high marks but also a notice of insanity. Once he joined Squad 4 he was made 10th seat and head of the poisons division, through that he helped develop cures to even the toughest poisons that are still used in the gotei 13 today. After a while he gained shikai and the assassination squad, squad 2, found interest in him, he joined them as 7th seat and part of the punishment task force, through this he gained his well rounded use of skills. After a while squad 12 was in need of a new poisons expert, Keibetsu was the obvious choice he was made 3rd seat head of the poisons development, he made toxins that could drive any man mad, he was not proud of the pain they could do at times, but such was his job. A few years later he once again reunited with his family, his mother and father had some strange bleakness to them, they said they had found Keibetsu's brother Shinko, but something wasn't right, a few days later his mother and father went missing, no one knows what has happened to this day. After many years in squad 12 he was recruited by the then current captain of Squad 8 who was in need of a new lieutenant, he was now at the second highest post in a squad, 2nd seat, lieutenant something he thought he would never achieve due to the fact the academy had warned the gotei 13 of Keibetsu's insanity. Keibetsu and his captain got along well, they shared personality and a love in the finer things, Keibetsu learned many things from his old captain, he learned better fighting skills, how to brew tea perfectly, and how to control his "corruption". The day came eventually though when he found his captains "corruption", the then current captain of squad 9 was selling crucial gotei 13 info to the enemy, after a talk with the head captain a plan was formed, a staged suicide by using poison. Keibetsu took out his captain but not as planned, he confronted him in front of the squad instead, as the words left his lips about the old captain's betrayal to the Gotei 13 the old captain attacked, it was at that point Keibetsu unleashed for his first time in battle his bankai, and killed the old captain in one swing. He was granted captainship over squad 8, it was a bittersweet promotion as it was at the cost of a dear friend who had truly hurt him. In his years of service as captain of Squad 8, he has seen many powerful enemys and seen many good men die, he would always blame himself for their deaths, but go on living with his pride as a shinigami and for the ones lost. After around 10 years as captain of squad 8, during a battle with a particularly stronger enemy his "corrupted" self came out, a demented smile spread across his face just as it had done when he first obtained his Zanpakutou, when he was found his spiritual, energy was just about depleted by his own hand. The one he was fighting was so disfigured from his attack it was impossible to truly tell who it was. Sadly he had taken some of his own men in his insanity he was tried in front of central 46, luckily due to recommendations and psych evaluations he was released of all charges but to be kept under surveillance in case he was to ever go out of control again. Since then he has not truly gone out of control, sometimes letting out his "corruption" in order to get a bit of a advantage in a truly tough battle. Nowadays he tends to sit in his office drinking tea and avoiding work, he also tends to spar constantly, or can be found cooking for his squad and sometime others. But he knows with peace comes chaos and is always itching for the time when battle will be brought to him once again.

Spiritual Pressure: Keibetsu has an unusually high spiritual pressure that caused him problems at times when he was weaker, though he knows how to properly control it now it is still just as powerful.
Swordsmanship/Accuracy/Other: Keibetsu's swordsmanship is top notch, even when he first came to the soul society he was already a great swordsman due to him being a warrior when he was alive. When fighting he is very accurate as he must be to introduce his poison into the enemy's body, though he will be pretty sloppy at times if he isnt taking the battle very seriously.
Special Training: Keibetsu learned how to fight with his zanpaktou straight from it, he would constantly converse with his zanpaktou's spirit and train with it thus giving him amazing understanding of its powers and how to properly wield it.
Personal Abilities: His other self can take controller effectively reversing on his ability to fight while in his usual state of mind Keibetsu fights cleanly relying mainly on his defenses as his other self he fights very erratically and relying on high speed movements.

Kikku oni ono: A powerful high altitude ax kick used usually when he is thrown into the air or jumping from a high place.

Absteigend Bohrer: Keibetsu dashes towards the opponent at high speeds just before running into them he jumps into the air and comes down on them spiraling with the weapons point facing the ground.

Zanpakuto Name: Shi no yōkai死の妖怪(Specter of Death)
Zanpakuto Type: Posion(the blade is constantly seeping with poison so even a small cut will introduce enough poison into ones blood stream, the poison does not necessarily kill, instead it debilitates it's victims by causing ever increasing pain after 5 hours the poison takes full effect and begins to eat away at organs and muscle tissue, though it will never take enough to kill only to maim. the only cure for the poison is Keibetsu's blood.)
Zanpakuto Spirit: "Death" His inner world is simply a pitch black world which seems to have no sky nor floor and a stench of decay, with his zanpaktou's spirit sitting in the center.
Zanpakuto Sealed Description: When sealed Shi no Yokai takes the shape of a large nodachi katana around 5 1/2 feet in length

Incantation: Open the portal between life and death!
Appearance: Image His zanpakutou turns into a stylized longsword still at the same length as his sealed zanpaktou. The blade constantly drips with his poison.
Abilities: Dokuga(毒牙):
His most basic and most used move. Sends a wave of fast moving poison, the blast can easily cut skin allowing the poison to be introduced into the opponents body easily.
Dokumu(毒霧):
When in close proximity of an opponent he will use this move. He points the tip of his sword toward the target and a mist like substance erupts from it. The mist substance being his poison in a breathable form. The mist can only be shot at a 15ft radius, any further and it will not reach.
Doku chūshutsu(毒抽出):
Pulls any poisons out of his own body or someone elses body. This move can not extract all of the poison but does take out a great deal of it so the inflicted can be treated easier.
Bankai
Incantation: "To become death is to truly lose ones self, allow me to show you who I am no longer. Shi no yōkai-zai no hanketsu(死の妖怪罪の判決)."(In activating his bankai he moves his body into the crucifixion pose, arms straight out and legs together slightly crossed.)
Release Appearance: Bankai Spirit When Keibetsu enters bankai his visage takes a dramatic chage looking more similar to his zanpaktou's spirit as well as some armor appearing along his body.Bankai Appearance

Bankai Basics:
A thick darkness envelopes the area within 500km of where Keibetsu stands, no matter what time of day it is the eerie darkness envelopes all. As well a strong smell of decaying flesh and blood wafts through the air.(this is basically bringing his inner world into the real world) It is impossible to escape from it, if one can get to the edge of the 500km they will be met with a ledge falling into nothingness, this is done in order Keibetsu can catch his prey even with his diminished speed.
In bankai he loses much of his use to shunpo, he instead relies on the long reach of his weapon and his attacks to bring in his opponent, his defenses and power becomes augmented by at least 10 fold. His poison also gains increased power, becoming slightly acidic able to burn into skin enough to get in, it will however do the same amount of pain and take just as long to fully activate as in shikai.
Hōkai Dokuga(崩壊毒牙):
A powered up version of his usual Dokuga. The poison has a slight acidity to it and burns through clothes and skin slightly to allow the poison to enter more fruitfully. As well when fired shoots three waves at once two crossed like an X with the last one going through the top when it hits something it covers it folding over onto it. This move will usually keep going till it hits something, though it peters out after going to far, simply dissolving to the ground.
Osoroshī dokumu(恐ろしい毒霧):
An enhanced version of his Dokumu technique. It gains more range now able to jet out the poison fog at 25 feet. The poison is also quite a bit more potent and has the same acidic nature as the bankai poison does.
Seitoshi no ma no sen(生と死の間の線):
His "Final" move. When activated a strong mist comes from his body the mist being his poison in a breathable form. As well his strength becomes more augmented but his defenses become lacking, he also gains numbness not being able to feel pain. It is most powerfully used when Keibetsu is in his "Corrupted" self. Causes a massive drain on Body and Spirit.
