Accio Lightsaber! (Takes Vader's Lightsaber)

Stupefy! (knocks the target unconscious)

Rictusempra! (Tickles the recipient, causing uncontrollable, unpreventable laughter)

Petrificus Totalus! (Completely paralyzes the target, usually causing the mto fall over.

Expelliarmus (disarms the target.)

Any of those spells used against Vader would be very helpful for Voldemort. Even Harry could use these spells and probably be effective in beating him.

How is he going to know what a lightsaber is called? Not to mention Vader could summon the lightsaber right back.

If we're talking about Movie Vader, then his "speed blitz" is about the speed of a Volkswagon with three wheels.

Some spells do not always require speaking. Even spells such as Stupefy, this is the immortal Voldemort afterall.

Some spells do not always require speaking. Even spells such as Stupefy, this is the immortal Voldemort afterall.

Yes, I know that but a force choke or a force kill would cause his lungs to spasm and thus make it impossible for him to concentrate to cast a spell. And no, he does not have Immortality. He has the power of reincarnation, which takes years to inact. Meaning, one decapitated snakey heads gives a win to Vader.

Original Trilogy Darth Vader.

Qui Gon and (I'm assuming) Young Obi-wan don't count.

Now, if you're talking about RotS Vader, then Voldemort wins on wisdom and experience.

Magics can defeat Superman. It's reasonable that Vader's "Sith Power" can be halted by a few well-placed spells from such a powerful sorcerer.

On the opposite end, Voldie still has trouble killing a child.

Yes, they do count because Force speed is a basic Force ability, meaning most Jedi know it. And utilization of the Force is more psychic manipulation of matter then magic, so spells can't block it.
