Matthew searched around his pocket for his keys, he was a staff member, so he would have several keys to places he would need to access. At last he found his key and let out a short "Ah there we go." Before he unlocked the door. The lights that usually were lit were out, making the room dark but filled with the light of the moon. "Anyml el." He whispered suddenly, holding a hand up. The old fashioned candle lights and small chandelier blazed to life with blue fire.

"Well make yourself comfortable." He said to Ilios. Matthew sat himself at his desk and inspected a file briefly before opening it. 'Lesson's' were printed boldly on it's face.

Ilios walked right behind the teacher. The room they entered was not that shabby at all. But there was a window.
And now the moon was staring at him from the window. Of course it was not literally staring at him, not at all. But he still felt like he should close the curtains. However, he decided not to do that.

"Thank you," he said and sat down.

He yawned again and looked at the candles. They were suddenly lit with magical light, thanks to Matt's spell.
"Those candles bring back some memories. My wife's home always had very similar lightning, you see," the sun deity explained and laughed.
Indeed. But that place was a quite different from this office. But yet, the darkness and this lightning were still awfully familiar. The only sources of light there quite old-fashioned, too, and the flames were often blue or purple instead of the normal shades.

"Ah. Sorry. I shouldn't disturb you now, right?" he said.

Matt nodded and scribbled something. After a while he began to sing softly forgetting he was not alone.

The sun deity wondered what the song was about for a while. After understanding, he decided to remain silent. So, the golden-eyed man picked a book and started to read it. And of course, he kept listening to the song.

The teacher's voice was pleasant. Even though the song itself was rather depressing, it did not bother the sun deity. He did feel bad for Matthew, but he didn't want to disturb the teacher either by saying it out loud.

So that is why he remained silent, without saying a word. And as he was listening, his vision blurred and his eye lids felt heavy again. And before he knew it, he dropped the book and calmly fell asleep.

Matthew worked for hours working and dreaming, all the while repeating that same tune.

The hour was very late when Matt finally pieced together his lesson plan. He noticed Ilios had fallen asleep and chuckled under his breath. He set down his work and stood up. He wondered weather or not he should wake him. After some time he decided to wake him after all. He walked over to the elongated couch and placed a hand on his shoulder and shook him gently. "Hay! Wake up!" He said.

(If he awakens this line follows suite.)

"I'm going out, i don't think you want to be here, it gets rather dark without my magic to light it." He said.

The dreams of the sun god were often quite simple. He rarely had nightmares, and his dreams were often about hot summer days of the past. And this time, about his not-so-dear wife, too. He had no idea why did he remember her now. It was completely irrelevant, unless it was a bad omen of some sort. Yes, that woman never meant any good.
‘Ρεια.
The name still made Ilios shiver for obvious reasons.

But then someone woke him up. The sun god opened his eyes a bit. Ilios was first a bit alarmed - as he still remembered ‘Ρεια - so he grabbed the arm. But he soon calmed down when he realized that it was Matthew, and let go of the arm.

It was still dark, and thus he still felt sleepy. Even 100 years ago it was common to sleep for around 9 hours every night, an he was a lot older than that, so he was used to get a good night's sleep.

"W-where are you going?" he asked half-asleep, when he tried to stand up.
It was obvious that Ilios planned to follow, if Matthew was really leaving.

Matt grabbed his coat and turned back to Ilios. "Not somewhere you'd enjoy. I'm going to a special part of the island. I would prefer you not come along, but you can if you wish." Matthew said. He already started out the door.

/Exit to forest of forgotten souls.

That teacher was always running around. The sun deity had no idea how long had he been asleep, but that's how he felt like. Maybe his own lifestyle was too slow, or maybe that was really the truth. But then again, it didn't matter. Ilios was still determined to follow him and make sure that nothing bad will happen.

"...You are not going to get rid of me that easily, " the sun deity laughed and ran after Matt.

Even though he was somewhat sleepy and confused, he still had a good idea of what Matthew was about to do. He was not certain, but the part of the island where he was heading to was a clue by itself.

//Exit.
