Chloe ran until she collapsed, deep into the forest. Her lungs burned. Body was numb. She leaned against a tree trunk gasping for air. The sun was gone. Her family would soon be after her. No doubt to ream her for her antics. But she didn't care right now. Her body screamed every time she moved. Working against it she scaled a tree into the upper branches to avoid being seen at first glance. She sat with her back to the castle looking in the direction of Lymar. Towards her darkest nightmares. And also her family left behind. Her eyes stung but no tear fell. As she sat there the feeling returned to her body and lungs only tingled. The stars began to shine above. Her mind was still in turmoil. Without noticing she had begun humming a song her aunt had taught her.

"Come little children
I’ll take thee away
Into a land of enchantment
Come little children
The time’s come to play
Here in my garden of shadows

Follow, sweet children
I’ll show thee the way
Through all the pain and the sorrows
Weep not poor children
For life is this way
Murdering beauty and passions

Hush now, dear children
It must be this way
To weary of life and deceptions
Rest now, my children
For soon we’ll away
Into the calm and the quiet

Come little children
I’ll take thee away
Into a land of enchantment
Come little children
The time’s come to play
Here in my garden of shadows....

Why auntie.... Why!?"

She almost began crying as she made a fist fight back the tears. Chloe didn't want to shed a single tear for the people of Lymar. Especially not after what her father had told them. Why didn't they just flee with them when they had the chance?

Surfers Babe

Tiberius had finally caught wind of his sister's scent while searching for her. He didn't want to fully leave her alone. If what the rumors say are true and that Lyemar has been rampaging about all of Vi-lon what if she were to be in danger. Then again, as if Uncle Alec or Aunt Annabelle would let anyone harm Chloe. If what their parents say was true then his aunt and uncle were good. But he still question about Jessierys. Was she really as bad as they all say? Eventually Tiberius stopped running as he was lost in thought. A part of him was conflicted between the bad and good.

Then he heard a tune. He followed it recognizing his sister's voice that remind him of their aunt. When he reach the tree Chloe sat under he then quote their uncles words, "What I do have always been for you." "From the way father talks about Lyemar is as if Jessierys has something over everybody," he said.

"I think I'm begining to understand her. All that anger and hatred she has built for father Ulrik. That darkness... I think I have it too brother. It scares me. She's the only person I have ever felt this much.... Rgh! I hate her..."

She tightened her fist enough to make her gloves creak under the strain. Chloe was pure of heart in all things until it came to Jesseryies. Once her mind focused on her it was like a dark storm cloud enveloping her. She didn't feel like herself. It scared her immensely to think that they could have such darkness in common. Barely above a whisper she spoke her darkest fear to her brother.

"Tiberius. You don't think I will end up like her, will I?"

Tiberius leaned against the trunk of the tree where Chloe sat to stay close. "I think I'm beginning to understand her. All that anger and hatred she has built for father Ulrik. That darkness... I think I have it too brother. It scares me. She's the only person I have ever felt this much.... Rgh! I hate her...," said his sister. Tiberius then kneeled down to his sister's level and took hold of her wrists. He lifted her chin to look into her tearful eyes. He hated it when his sister was sad and would nearly get into fights with anyone who would make her cry or upset. Whether at Lyemar or in Baelin. Although, when he did that in Lyemar Tiberius would get himself into trouble by Claudius who wouldn't have a problem in punishing him if it wasn't for his uncle or father stepping in to save him from Claudius's wrath.

"Don't say that! You'll never become like her and I'll make sure of that," he told Chloe. "I don't entirely think it's wrong to feel hatred for someone who has done us wrong. Some may think so but, it's the humane thing as humans would say," he gave her a slight smile. Tiberius then pulls his little sister into a hug to comfort her. "I doubt you'll ever become as evil as that witch. Do you want to know why? For starters, you don't have a hurtful bone in you," he pokes her cheek teasingly. Then pulls from their embrace to sit beside her and still kept an arm wrapped around her shoulders. "And at least... at least we aren't alone. Think about the way General Claudius and Lady Jessierys treat each other. I don't think I've seen a normal father daughter love connection between them. Have you?" he shares.
