Chunin Level Techniques
Jutsu Name Lock Down

Description: 6 seals are placed around the perimeter of the area to be used, or tags attached to kunai can be used. The seventh seal is placed in the center by the user who activates the jutsu, all people within the area of the seal are frozen, unable to move, including the user. The seal drains 3 chakra plus an additional 2 chakra per being inside the field including the user, for every round (everyone posts once) it is active. The seal can be broken if the tags are moved or the capacity for the seal is exceeded, until the capacity is exceeded more people can be trapped, as soon as they are grounded within the radius of the jutsu (on the ground, on a branch above the ground, so long as their feet touch something solid that is touching the ground). If the seal is forcibly broken there is a back lash of the last three rounds of chakra released as damage. The user can break the seal at anytime by moving away from the center point they are holding in place.

Description: This is a version of the Introverted Reflective Barrier that can be run by several people. There is one 'center', should the 'center' be removed the barrier will fall. Others, knowing the jutsu may lend their power to the center who is the one who maintains the barrier. The power of the barrier drains slowly over the course of three rounds and needs to be renewed the cost of the barrier is that of a Chunin level jutsu, excess power can be stored in the barrier but once inserted it cannot be retrieved. All participants must remain connected to the seals while form the barrier or their ability to feed power into the barrier is lost.

Description: The body is surrounded by seals to contain the blaze, and then the final seal is put on the body. Once the final seal comes into contact with residual chakra, it will burn hot enough to reduce bone to ash in seven seconds and continue to burn for a minute and a half, all other traces of that chakra within the bounds of the barrier seal will be emulsified. No traces of any tissue, blood or anything retaining the specific chakra targets will remain. Nothing else will be harmed by the flames; even grass will remain untouched.

Description: A barrier that is established by papering an object with talismans that reduce and stop cellular growth and function. Similar to cryogenics on a living creature it stops the process of living, but also within the seals bacteria cannot grow keeping the body perfectly preserved in a non living state, which can be undone with an electric shock to restart the cardiovascular system and begin the rise back to consciousness. Such a barrier is risky at best and can result in coma to the contained victim. It also works on non living items to preserve them from the effects of aging and decay. This can be used on missing limbs and stumps to allow them to be transported to a facility where they can be properly reattached when the materials and tools are not available elsewhere.

Description: Similar to a combination of several seals this allows the target upon which the seal is placed to go unrecognized by the five senses, the target has to be covered completely by the seals however (100 seals maximum), and should the seals be disrupted in a manner that allows any part of the object to be uncovered it will be sensed with any of the traditional tracking methods. A hundred seals could hardly completely cover more then a medium sized body, since they need to be overlapping to make sure subtle shifts don't reveal something and break the overall seal.

Description: This Genjutsu can only be used on a person once, it takes approximately five minutes of hand signs to complete, and if not completed that user cannot try again with the same target, but another user will be able to try until one succeeds at which point the target will become immune to the jutsu. If captured the jutsu feeds the part of the mind which harbors someone's inner most, deepest desire, and that desire takes form before their eyes. Even if they realize they are in a Genjustu they cannot break it, because it is not being forced upon them, they are building it themselves, and after the initial casting the jutsu is fed by the victim, rather then the user. The only way to break out of the jutsu is to give up on whatever is feeding the jutsu, to relinquish the desire, in all aspects for the one thing they desire most. Only then well they be free, and once relinquished and the jutsu broken the character can never go back to having that one thing as their ultimate goal, something else must take it's place, and it cannot be in the same vein, or a linked wish.
Requirements: The person to remain within sight for the duration of a long series of hand signs.
