Click this link for the master jutsu list. It will lead you to a post in another guild I'm in. It will list villages and the matching Akatsuki member. Click the village link and it'll take you to that village's jutsu list. You cannot learn jutsu from another village unless you are in that village or someone from there is coming over to your village to teach you.
