I like oatmeal when they're soft inside, and lightly crispy outside.
I don't really like peanut butter cookies, or most sweets with peanut butter though. Not sure why. Must be a mutant. The exceptions are Peanut Butter Cups. Otherwise, I'd rather have peanut butter sammiches.
