I lurked before I joined, and I joing way back when, and this might be the worst inflation since the Soviet Union dissolved.
It's sad that the inflators are causing the other items to increase as well, as people continue to look for ways to get the higher items, only to raise prices themselves.
As the only saying goes... "oh what a tangled web we weave...
when we all start inflating items on gaia. or something."

I remember the time...
... when Sealed's were only about 3k-4.5k
... when Angelic Scarves were 55k (and I quested for it!)
... when OMG was 80k (quested for this too!)
... when Ninja Headband and Kitsune Mask was not even that popular, costing around 5k for each.
... when the Slippers were around 4k (which was how much I bought mine for? I thought it was sooo expensive back then xD)
Can't remember other ones @_@;

I helped my g/f find a Kitsune Mask by putting her offer in the Wanted for her, it was 12k at the time.
I remember the 4k Sealeds as well. I think the first OMG I bought was 330k though. sweatdrop
