"It is this very reason why Silph Co. is asking trainers from all over if they would like to help in performing deliveries for them, of course trainers who succeeded it making the deliveries are rewarded for their work. And that's where you come in! Go to the Silph Co. in Saffron City of the Kanto region, there sign up for one of their Pokeball deliveries. You will be given the choice the location of any Poke Mart or Department Store in the world to take the shipment to, the further you go the greater the reward of course. Shipments also vary in size, shipments to lone Poke Marts can sometimes be modest in size while shipments to Department Stores are always large, of course size also affects your rewards."

At least, that's what the ad said. Krystal looked to Liz, her Charmander, and sighed slightly. Well, the girl did want to get some training in and what better way than to do a mission or two? Fighting against wild Pokemon was one thing but it was a whole other thing to battle against other trainers, one who, hopefully, knew what they were doing. Picking her bag again, Krystal requested a port to Saffron City from the teams Claydol. GRAY was always such a joy to interact with, thankfully the girl didn't do it often. However, Snagem just wouldn't be Snagem without GRAY so she didn't really mind that much. Despite all the irritations the difficult AI provided on a near daily basis for the team, he did do as they requested so the oldest of the Clark sisters arrived in Saffron City via Claydol port. Shaking off the residual feeling of being teleported, she slung the bag onto her back and looked at her map briefly before heading out to find the Silph Co. building.

Locating the building was easy. After all, who could miss a giant tower with Silph Co. on it in giant letters? Well, if you weren't looking for it then maybe you'd might miss it but it was doubtful. Walking into the huge building, Krystal walked up to the front desk, greeting a woman who looked rather busy, no doubt, it was Silph Co. after all, the creators and suppliers of PokeBalls.
"Hi, I'm Krystal and I'm here to pick up a delivery." The woman looked up at her, moving the mouth piece of her headset aside a bit, a long finger with a long, hot pink painted finger nail pointing to the side towards the elevators.
"Third floor, third door on your left as you come out of the elevator. These are the addresses for your stops. Sign here, here and here." The woman stated, her voice slightly nasally and she sounded like she was actually busy. The brown haired girl looked at the forms and glanced at the large haired, curly blonde woman who looked like she had slept with her make up on.
"By signing these forms you agree that in the case of bodily harm of any form, including but not limited to nose bleeds, black eyes, scraped knees, broken limbs, paralysis, coma and possible death along with the possible loss of any Pokemon you may have, Silph Co. is in no way responsible and you wave any medical fees be it human or otherwise." Krystal paused in the signing and just stared at the woman for a moment with a 'are you serious' kind of look before sighing and shrugging her shoulders, signing her name on the dotted lines. Day in the life of a Team Snagem member. Oh what she does for supplies and coins.

With that bit taken care of, the teenager headed towards the elevator to go up to the third floor and to the third door just as she was coming off the elevator on her left. She had signed up for three stops which were, thankfully, in a row. One was a Department Store while the other two were modest PokeMarts. Looking at the addresses as she stood before the large portion of PokeBalls she was to carry, Krystal sighed slightly. For some reason, she had expected it to be smaller. Three crates, one bigger than the other two, sat before her. She could fit the two smaller crates into her backpack with a bit of shifting and squeezing but the bigger one would have to be carried by hand. Thankfully, the Department Store was the first stop on her list. Well, better get it going. The sooner she completed this task, the better. So Krystal proceeded to remove her backpack and shift, squeeze, crush and smoosh the two smaller crates of PokeBalls into her backpack before putting it on her back and picking up the other crate. It's a good thing these things didn't weigh much ... A few minutes later, the girl exited the Silph Co. building and looked around outside, checking her map before heading off, Liz right beside her.

For a while, everything was fine, there wasn't really any issues to be had. Until she got into the outskirts of town. Then things started to go downhill. Though nothing really happened at first, people just stared then whispered. It was just starting to get a little uncomfortable when Krystal literally walked into quite a hulking fat man. His protruding gut was so gelatinous that it bounced the girl back a few steps.

"Oh, sorry, I didn't see you there." Krystal said in apology. Looking up at him, she realized he was fairly tall with short black hair and beady dark eyes. There was also a certain glisten, if you will, to his pudgy face; the man was sweating and it was disgusting. Now, everyone sweats, it's natural, but the fact that he was about as round as a Snorlax, and fair uglier, the girl was finding it and him quite repulsive.
"What'cha got there, girly?" The fat man asked and Krystal fought the urge to cringe when he leaned down slightly. "You some kinda delivery girl or something?" The girl stepped back slightly, smiling politely.
"Something like that. Well, I'd better be on my way. Sorry for running into you." Tucking her head down a bit, she began to shuffle past him before he put out an arm and a few more guys joined him. Thankfully, though, they weren't as repulsive. That fact mattered little, however, when it appeared they didn't have hardly any intention of letting her go peacefully.

"What's yer hurry, sweet cheeks?" The second man, clad in black with a white 'B' etched onto where the breast pocket would be if there had been one, asked with a grin. Krystal took a few steps back to put a bit of space between her and them. Narrowing her eyes slightly at them, the sapphire blue orbs studied them for a few moments, choosing some kind of response. Not that she was able to get it out as another question was directed at her.
"So what ya carrying? Looks awfully heavy for a lil girl like you to be carryin'." The brunette's eye twitched slightly. 'Little girl'?
"It's nothing. Can I get by, please? I'd rather not be late delivering this." Silence followed before the pungent beast of a man from earlier spoke up,
"Tell ya what, you has a Pokemon battle with us first. You win, we'll leave ya be but if we win ..." The trio began cackling in a sick, perverted and slightly frightening way before, "We take half of what's here." Krystal shifted slightly. They were rather large and she was out numbered plus, she didn't know how much she could do with these packages weighing her down. It looked like a Pokemon battle was her only option.
"Deal."

Setting her backpack down, Krystal stood at the ready, Liz by her side. She watched the trio closely. If they were who she thought they were then it would be a bad idea to use Liz this time, Yuki too. Her best bets were Fang, her Poochyena, and Hana, her Eevee. To her slight relief, the one she would be battling, the gelatinous gutted man, sent out a ground type, Phanpy. Though this seemed to cause some confusion among them.
"Boss, why are you using that one? Why not -"
"Would you shut yer trap? I know what I'm doin'.
" He huffed and grumbled, leaving the smaller yet just as disturbing looking fat man to, indeed, shut his trap. The beady eyes of 'the Boss' shifted to the Phanpy and to Krystal, smirking at her. It sent a shiver down the brunette's spine but she suppressed it. Liz the Charmander stepped up but was blocked by her trainer. Giving her a confused look, she stopped where she was.
"We're going to let another team member handle this, Liz. Fire types aren't so good at Ground and, frankly, I want every edge we can get so we don't have to find out what they want as their reward." The teenage trainer explained to the Charmander who nodded, stepping back without a word. Frankly, she wasn't too keen on finding this out either. "Alright, Fang, let's do this!" She called out, throwing her Poochyena's PokeBall, the Pokemon appearing in a snarling, snapping fit in an attempt to intimidate the Phanpy. It seemed to work as the poor, adorable Pokemon squealed in fright, turning tail and running back to his trainer. The response the frightened Pokemon got, though, made Krystal's blood boil.

"The hell ya think you're doing, dummy?! Get your tail back in there and fight!" He ordered, shoving the scared Pokemon away. Said Pokemon, though, shook his head and trembled. The action only earned him another rough shove and eventually he was picked up and thrown into battle. Clenching her fists, Krystal tried to hold her tongue, and her temper, but it was of no real use.
"Hey!" She called out suddenly, earning everyone's attention, "What say we raise the bet a bit? I win, you hand over the Phanpy." The owner of the ground type Pokemon appeared to consider this for a moment before asking,
"And if I win?" That was a good question. She hadn't thought of that. With her lips forming a thin line, she pondered for a moment.
"If you win ... you can have my entire delivery stock on top of our previous agreement." Hopefully that would satisfy his greedy desire. Apparently, it was satisfactory as he shouted out,
"Agreed!" Before calling the Phanpy back to his side, out of his PokeBall, and called out Baltoy. His choice of Pokemon baffled Krystal but she pushed it aside. Now she had a bit of a type advantage. "Baltoy, Shadow Ball!" Was the order that was called out suddenly, hitting Fang before the girl even had a chance to react. However, it was a bit of a double edged sword; while the Pokemon took the hit, Fang's speed also went up one step due to his Hidden Ability, Rattled.
"Fang, use Assurance then Payback!" Thanks to the speed boost, Fang was quick enough to avoid the attack that was launched at him and managed to double hit the Baltoy, The type advantage was definitely working as the ground and psychic mix Pokemon reeled backwards. Both fortunately and unfortunately, the Poochyena was hit with another Shadow Ball followed by Psychic which was a hit. Jumping back, the Pokemon shook his head, trying to clear it. Krystal frowned at this. So, he had some skills.
"Don't give up, Fang! Use your speed to hit Baltoy with another Payback then chomp down with an Ice Fang!" Using his speed as instructed, Fang managed to avoid two psychic attacks before landing a successful hit with Payback and winning the first round with Ice Fang. When the Baltoy fell to the ground, Krystal cheered loudly and the Poochyena came rushing back to his trainer, being rewarded with a hug.

Grumbling, the pungent fat man recalled his Baltoy. "Fine, it looks like it's time to get serious. Go, Piloswine!" A large, furry Pokemon appeared and Krystal got to her feet, returning Fang to his PokeBall.
"You deserve this rest, Fang, you did great." Thinking for a moment, the girl looked to her side at her ever faithful Charmander, a confident smile spreading across her features. "You ready for battle, Liz?"
"Char char! The teenager's grin only grew at the response.
"Alright then, She said, turning her attention back to their opponent, "I choose you, Liz!" Next to Piloswine, Liz looked, well, like a lizard and like the mammoth-looking Pokemon could crush her with one foot. Apparently his opponents choice in Pokemon made 'the Boss' burst out laughing, only irritating both females.
"Is that little lizard what you're really choosing?! Hahaha! What a shrimp! What a weakling!" He laughed. Both Krystal and Liz shared the same angry expression.
"Okay, Liz, let's show him how much of a 'weakling' you are! Sunny Day then Flame Charge!" The sun brightened and intensified and, while the pigish man was clutching his fat gut and laughing, Liz landed a powerful, critical hit with Flame Charge. It was so sudden and brutal that Piloswine took a few steps back. This made him stop laughing and take them seriously.
"Fine then. Piloswine, use Rest." He ordered, the large Pokemon promptly going to sleep and recovering the HP it lost. The brunette frowned a little, confused as to why he would be putting his own Pokemon to sleep in the middle of battle but she didn't question it.
"Pump yourself up, Liz, with Sword Dance." The Charmander nodded and began raising her attack when she started glowing. This concerned her trainer as she hadn't ever seen a stat boosting move make a Pokemon glow before, at least none that Liz knew. However, it soon became apparent to the girl that the attack raising move wasn't making her glow; her Charmander was becoming a Charmeleon! Liz was evolving! Staring wide-eyed and slack jawed, Krystal could hardly believe her eyes. Once the evolution was done, Liz rose her arms, fire erupting all around her for a moment before it dissipated. Her new Charmeleon was pumped. Grinning from ear to ear, she called out,
"Let's go, Liz! Top up Sunny Day and use Flame Charge again!" The new Charmeleon dashed forward, attacking the still sleeping Piloswine with intense flames before leaping back.
"Piloswine, wake up and use Bulldoze!" The fur-cloaked Pokemon twitched and suddenly began moving, charging at Liz. Fortunately, after two Flame Charges, the fire Pokemon was pretty quick.
"Jump over Piloswine, Liz and use Fire Blast!" Leaping over the mammoth-like Pokemon, the Charmeleon landed behind it and, before it could react, it was hit with an intense blast of all-consuming fire. Piloswine didn't move for a while before it simply fell over, a sign that it had fainted. The battle was over, Krystal had won and she also earned the Phanpy. Crouching down, she smiled at the small Pokemon, holding out her arms.
"Come on, little guy, I won't hurt you." She encouraged with a smile. The Pokemon hesitated before walking forward slowly before being welcomed into the girl's arms.

After the battle, Krystal continued on her delivery, her first stop in the next town where she gratefully unloaded the case to the thankful PokeMart owner. He insisted on repaying her but the girl wouldn't have it. Really, she was just glad to unload at least something; they were getting heavy. Waving good bye, she carried on, encountering a few wild Pokemon here and there but, thankfully, nothing major. Her next delivery took slightly longer as she had a bit of a time locating the Department Store in the large city though she still managed to deliver the goods before heading off to her final location to deliver her final case of PokeBalls. Once that was done, Krystal found a bench and took a load off.

"Well, everything's been delivered and on time. What say we call GRAY for a port home, Liz?" She looked over at the Charmeleon who nodded in response, prompting the girl to take out her Snag and call up GRAY before getting teleported home, back to Snagem HQ.
