So, my mom has been trying to do things with her culinary degree for a little while now with not much enjoyment for her. One thing that keeps coming up is she gets asked a lot of questions. So she was thinking of doing online how to and Q&A videos with cooking. She did ask my brother and myself for some help. Me being me, I said yes. So I was wondering is there anything cooking wise you would like to know and if so what?
Just to note this is for some idea if there is some interest in stuff to see if anyone I know would like the idea.

Can we have a food delivery? 8D *shot*
JK I think it's interesting to see your mom doing some cooking tutorial. I think it will be interesting if your mom give some small background about the dishes she will be making. Such as where did the dish come from? Where did it get its name? Or cultural background about the dish.
It doesn't have to be big. Brief is quite well.
In addition, I'm quite curious is your mom thinking of making a blog or not?

She can do that for background information. As for a blog, she will definitely be doing that. She loves to write as much as she loves food. She knows not everyone can see YouTube videos

The Teapot Chef By the way, I will do whatever I can to get the answers for you all. I don't assume I know EVERYTHING, but I am willing to dig to find answers, and make whatever, in order to make sure what I am telling you will work...
Please note that right now we are still working on a name.

Not trying to be rude or trolling your mom, but I'm curious does your mom take challenge.
I'm not saying taking challenges from people, but I meant as cooking something that your mom has never make but likes to try. I know that some chefs like to create something news and they tend to challenge themselves to create the dish they desire. Has your mom ever try making dishes she has never made before?

She loves a challenge. There are some things over the summer she wants to do. Ribs (That's probably something she's going to do with my dad), more stuff with fish, heck she wants to try to make sushi. I've asked her to make stuff for me that she hasn't done before. If it's not quite right she will tweek it until it is right.

She should make curry.
Though... if you really want to test someone's culinary skill, they need to make an omelet/omelette.
