The Prince of Liechtenstein finds himself in a bind when he's kidnapped by [x], the Austrian Prince. Plucked from his bed in the middle of the night, then tied up and gagged has left Elia confused angry and most of all scared.
[x] is cocky,greedy, arrogant and impulsive. So it only took two things for him to decide he wants the Liechtenstein Prince. The ongoing rivalry between the two nations and the shift in power possessing the Prince would bring his country. Of course for now he's keeping his little conquest a secret from his father and everyone else. Only him and his two most trusted guards who helped kidnap the prince know.
Elia's sheltered life never prepared him for what's to come. He's brought to [x]'s castle and placed in a cage located in [x]'s bed chamber. The hate between [x] and him is palpable and it only grows each time [x] pulls him from the cage to beat and torture him or to drag him to his bed to be 'played with' . Elia has had enough and attempts escape one day only to be caught by the King of Austria. The King throws him in the dungeon with plans to kill Elia if his father doesn't concede defeat to Austria. Elia's father is cold and heartless and wouldn't think twice about deserting his son so Elia knows his faith is sealed by the Kings demands. Or so he thinks until [x] approaches the King and..begs Elia's life be spared? why? does [x] care for him? or is this another of the cruel Princes games?
[x] has a secret. Him and Elia used to play together as children. Their nations were once allies and [x] promised to marry Elia but one day war broke out against the nations and they were pulled apart. [x] never forgot Elia but Elia forgot about him, even scorned him on the times he sneaked out to see him. But what [x] doesn't know is that Elia lost his memories shortly after the war because of an injury, so he has no memories of his childhood. Will being near [x] trigger Elia's lost memories ? or will he lose his life as well as his first love?
