NightShade There were nights were people said that they had seen just a car a slek black 2011 Mustange GT driving down the street. It managed to speed by and in and out of other lanes of traffic without a single stracth on it. I have seen this car, i know who drives the car. Everyone i know calls him, NightShade I only know what he calls himself. Blaze. My name is Echo Hosimota and i can see things no other human can see, I can see paranomal things, but only the dark things that are after me and Blaze is only here to protect me from them. Yet i've found myself wanting him more and more whenever he saves me from death. Characters Echo Hoshimota Blaze

Chapter 1 Echo Hoshimota  Ok so you know how i told you about Blaze right? The one guy thats saved my life several times? Well yeah today was one of those days. I was standing on the roof of my schoo at the edge, a demon standing behind me with a gun to my head. Yeah i was able to see demons and ghost stuff like that but only the dark ones that were after me. Now i know it sounds crazy, cause it is! But i really can see these things. So as i stood there the demon began to speak. "He won't save you this time boy...its too late for that" He hissed and shoved me off the roof of the schoo. I cursed myself mentaly as i fell fast tworads the ground. I didn't really notice that Blaze was standing right below me with his arms out ready to cath me, so once i landed in his arms i let out a small shriek and coverd my eyes. "You scream like a girl Echo" Blaze said to me and set me down before looking up at the demon a slight bored look on his face. Now here's the thing, Blaze isn't human, he's an Imortal which well he can't die duh. I stood there staring at the ground and hating the fact i had screamed the way i had infront of him. The one guy I truely loved and couldn't help but get close to him.
He started up the front steps of the school and made his way to the roof leaving me standing there. "Jerk..." I said quietly and shook my head before i turned and started to walk away, that is until i heard the sound of a gun shot, quickly truning to look back i saw Blaze holding the demon by his shoulders falling to the ground faster then i had. Luckly the demon was the first one to hit the ground instead of Blaze. Blaze slowly got to his feet and brushed off his clothes. Looking him over a few times i saw a gun shot wound in his shoulder. "Blaze your hurt!" I said and rushed over to him.
He looked at me and nodded slightly before looking at his shoulder. "Oh well look at that it seems I am hurt" He said with a shrug of his shoulders not even wincing at the pain. I quickly grabbed his arm and started pulling him to his car. "Your lucky i keep a friggin first aid kit in your car" I pulled open the door of his car and got into the car opening the glove compartment and taking out a first aid kit. Getting out of the car i gently pulled Blaze over to me and had him sit down in the passangers side seat of his car. He looked up at me and started taking off his shirt making me blush a bit. "Blaze keep your shirt on!" I told him. He chuckled a bit and shook his head as he dropped his slightly bloody shirt on the floor of his car and looked up at me. "I have to take off my shirt if I want you to be able to treat this wound, stupid" he said with a slight smile. He always called me stupid when i told him not to do something that had to be done.
I sighed and nodded slightly "Whatever lets just hope no one sees this" He raised an eyebrow before looking away from me waiting for me to treat his wound. I opened the first aid kit and grabbed out a small rag and some alchoh to help wash the wound and keep it from getting infected. "You gonna have to find a way to get that bullet out" I told him. He nodded slightly and waved his hand for me to look away. So i did. When he finally let me look i saw he was holding the bullet in his hand, blood on his fingers and a grin on his face. Sick.

Chapter 2 Echo Hoshimota I finally managed (after about an hour) to get a bandage around Blaze's shoulder and get a shirt from the truck of his car. This is why i sometimes hated Blaze because he couldn't die since he was an imortal. He couldn't feel pain because he had been hurt so many times that he couldn't feel any pain.Unlike me where day in and day out i was being harassed by demons and evil spirits.Isn't my life wonderful? You may think that I Echo Hosimota, being able to see demons and evil spirits is cool, but no oh no this is where your very, VERY wrong. I get harassed everyday of my misrable sixteen year old life! Now what part of that is Cool? Wait no don't answer that.Truth be told i was jealous of Blaze. The fact he was an imortal and all. Like the guy could jump out of an airplane with just the clothes on his back and srvie the friggin fall! Lucky a** freaker he was.
Anyways by the time we got home by brother Damine was waiting outside for me with a very deadly glare set in his eyes.(Plus i wanted to drive Blaze's car just to get away such a sexy car, but not as sexy as him~). Damien had his arms over his chest his right foot tapping impatiently on the ground. I sighed and got out of the car, waved goodbye to Blaze and watched him drive off. Damien on the other hand was shaking his head,
"I don't like him at all Echo, Why can't you find a normal guy for once?" he said with a heavy sigh. Shrugging my shoulders i looked away nad just walked inside.
"This is worse then the time you fell in love with an evil spirit, that almost killed you!"
He said following behind me. I truned to look at him
"I didn't know the guy was an evil spirit! That is until he almost stabbed me to death!" I shot back at him "and Blaze saved my ******** life! If he hadn't i would have been dead! Is that what you wanted! Huh Damien?!"
I went straight up to my room and slammed the door shut behind me not saying another word to him. I couldn't believe he wouldn't be ab;le to trust the one guy thats saved my life several times and has kept me from getting killed by demons.I now only heard scilence i wonderd what Damien was up to.
I heard soft footsteps, a gentlke knok on my door.
"Echo?" it was damien.
"What" I said back
"Can we talk for just a minute?"
"No you can go away is what!"
"Echo pleasae?" he asked.
I sighed and just stood by the door waiting to see if he's say something else. Nothing. "Damien?" I said. No answer. Slowly i opened the door and looked out.
What i saw was the worst thing i had ever seen in my entier life to any of my family members. Oh god. Damien.

Chapter 3 Echo Hoshimota I stood there staring at the demon that had its fangs deep into my brother's neck. Damien managed to get a glance at me before he closed his eyes gripping the demons wrist that held his neck. He struggled franticly to get away from the demon. He glanced at me again
"E....Echo...go..." he managed to say.
The demon heard my brother speak and pulled away from him blood dripping from the side of his mouth his fangs caked with my brother's blood maing me feel sick to my stomach just seeing it. The demon truned his head to look right at me and grinned a very evil grin, letting go of Damien he started twoards me. Damnit. I started backing away into my room hopping that maybe just maybe i could get a way. The it hit me. The window! Get to the window!. I kept backing away as the demon came closer and closer to me.I shook mt head a bit trying to rid of the thoughts of what this demon could do to me if i tripped up at all. I glanced back for just a second. The window was open! Thank god. I stopped when i reached the window and started to push myself backwards out the window. The only way to go really. I looked out the window. Blaze!. I smiled and looked back at the demon, still coming. I truned and jumped out the window knowing Blaze would get me. I was wrong., I just feel untill. Wham! I hit the ground full force face frist. I knoked the breath out of me. I coughed and whezzed to cath my breath trying to get at leats one breath. Just one. Come on! I needed air to know i was still alive god damnit!.
I knew a few things were broken, my ribs, possibly my nose. No it just hurt. I paased out right then and there from the fact that i couldn't get enough air from that fall.
When i woke I was in the hospital, a sling around my right arm, my drawing arm. ********. I sighed and winced at the pain in my chest. Yeah i had broken quite a few ribs. Thats when i realized that the demon had created a copy of Blaze to make me believe it was really him, in which case made me jump out the window, making said demon think i would have died. But no i wasn't thankfully. I only in the hospital. Damine! Oh god what happened to Damien!. I looked around for a moment and saw the door come open. Someone poked their head in. Damien! it was him he was alive.
"Hey...glad your awake....we thought you had acutually died on us..." he said
"Us?" I asked
"Me and Blaze, he came after you fell out the window and passed out, he kicked that demons a**, then got me here, then you. The fixed up my neck and here I am just fine. Your alright which is good"
"Oh....well ok...where is Blaze?"
"He's down at the cafiteria stuffing his face, He said he hadn't eaten for a while" Damien told me.
I nodded slightly and closed my eyes. "Whose down in the cafiteria stuffing their face?" i heard Blaze ask from behind Damien. I opened my eyes and smiled. "Blaze!....thank god..." i said softly. I smiled a bit more and closed my eyes again. I was so happy to see him. "Well i'm gonna go to go get something to eat" Damien said and left the room letting Blaze come into the room a bit more. I smiled at him as he sat down on the bed beside me and lightly touched my cheek a slight smile on his face. I sighed and shook my head a bit "I got hurt Blaze....and you didn't show up until after i passed out...why didn't you get there before I fell out of the window..." i sighed again and closed my eyes. I could tell he knew i was upset and mad at him for what had happened.
"I'm sorry Echo...i got held up trying to fight off another demon...he was strong...fast and well ugly" he said quietly
"Why don't you look hurt? Huh? where the hell is the ******** proof that you got hurt Blaze!"
He sighed and lifted his shirt showing a long gash along his chest, which made me sit up and hurt myself a bit more. "What the hrll why didn't you get that looked at Blaze and have it treated" i said to him.
"Because i wanted you to do it, I don't trust doctors to treat my wounds for me"
"Find some bandages, and something to clean it"
I waited as he got up and got the things i needed to teart the wound on his chest. "Shirt off now" i told him. He nodded and pulled off his shirt. I blushed just a bit and sxtarted to claen the wound on his chest.

Chapter 4 Echo Hoshimota I finished cleaning and wrapping up Blaze's wound, just in time because i was about to pass out. I was just so tierd i couldn't keep my eyes open anylonger. Blaze lightly ruffled my hair and pulled his shirt back on "Thank you" he said and got to his feet. I nodded and fell back onto the hospital bed sighing softly. I closed my eyes and slowly started to drift off to sleep. How much longer could I keep this up? I was getting hurt now? What next i'd be so badly injured that i'd be in a coma? God that'd suck like hell to be stuck in a coma because Blaze couldn't save me in time. Is that what was going to happen? Was he not going to be able to svae me in time because of some many demons after me. I suddenly started to see darkness, and a lot of it, a vision of someone, someone very dark. He was coming here. To me. To kill me.
I sat up and grabbed Blaze's arm. "Blaze! I have to get out of here now!" i said.
He looked at me with a slightly confused look. "What do you mean?" he asked me. I shook my head a bit and had another vison of the demon coming after me.I could see him. Scary shat man scary. I didn't even know how to descirbewhat this guy looked like it was so scary and very dark.God. I think i was gonna cry it just scared the crap out of me. I'm such a whimp! Yes i admit it i'm a whimp! and i can't stand to see scary movies, demons, or well anything scary for that matter! But oh man this demon was way worse then anything i had ever seen! Ok so maybe not to you he dosen't look scary. but seriously if you were me and you had to deal with demons ALL the time then you'd think he was scary. I sighed a bit and looked at Blaze.
"He's here...he wasn't soppuse to be here for another hundred years or so...but he's shown up and he's close, very close" I said quietly.
Blaze stayed silent. He was no match for this demon he would be up against. Even though he was an imortal, this demon that was coming could kill Blaze. "He said shaking his head.
