appearance: Thin, straight black hair that goes a bit past her shoulders. Yellow tint to her teeth, a few zits and freckles, dark or light brown eyes, kinda hazel. Still somewhat pretty, thought not quite as lovely as most Hogwarts girls. She would be gorgeous if she didn't look somehow...dead. Her looks alone just looked evil, though there wasn't one evil quality someone could find.

skills: Very interested in the Dark Arts, a very clever girl. She knows little tricks and secrets of the wizarding world. Can identify beasts easily, like a Vampire or a Werewolf, within a second of meeting them, no matter how much they try to hide it. Good instinct, intuitive. She recognized Lucas so easily, though...because she knew him. (Explained in history)
Also note, she doesn't bother with little stunning spells and spells learned in DADA, she fights using spells that can cause thorns to speed across the floor, fire, and dark arts to attack her victim.
history:
Her father was a death eater who was imprisoned in Azkaban for the Dark Arts shortly before she came to Hogwarts in her 4th year. Her father is a murderer, not to be taken lightly. She is essentially a murderer's accomplise. The rest of her relatives were killed by aurors when she was young. The second wizarding war ended, her whole family had lost, and she paid the price by losing the family members she'd known for her few years on this earth. She hadn't suffered as horribly as some, not knowing them very well, but it was the fact that she'd never know them that hurt the most. Her mother stays at home and tends to the house, which is fairly large because it's inherited and they're pure-bloods. But before he left, when she was 12, he told her all about unicorn blood. She drank it with him and has ever since had to struggle and lived the cursed life promised by drinking it.
She has a boyfriend Austin who works on making brooms, who has a motorcycle that he wants to make fly properly, pure blood, and no future. He works for Mr. Lewis, a pureblood, who's son, Richard Lewis, is a prideful Slytherin at Hogwarts, you can refer to his profile. Richard is hated by Rhiannon and only liked by Austin because he kinda has to like his own boss's son. She admires Austin's very rebel life, however, wanting to do whatever she wants, whenever she wants. Her mother however, had put her in Hogwarts to keep her safe, because she knows the family will be questioned now that her father has been locked up. If she's in Hogwarts, it'll look proper, because Hogwarts isn't a supporter of the Dark Arts and it's where the Dark Lord was defeated.
Note, on my father's side he had ancestor's names Rhiannon, it doesn't come from my mother's side like everyone stupid always assumes. Also, Rhiannon has gotten into trouble with Muggle police because her boyfriend is 18, and she isn't a virgin because of him when she was almost 14, so they technically considered it rape. They had done is when she found out she was going to Hogwarts, she wanted to give him the best going-away present she could. Of course, though, Rhi has drank alcohol before, she has smoked, and refuses to abide by Muggle laws which are beneath her.
She pushed the envelope too far a month after she joined Hogwarts though, when she used the unforgivable curse on a fellow student. She was taken away, page 64 in the hospital wing, by the dementors. One of them had torn her pearl necklace and she was dragged away screaming, "It's all I have left". It was repaired and given to her when she returned from Azkaban a month later, but the trip had changed her. She had seen her father's shell after he suffered the dementor's kiss in there. She was still a brat and had the same beliefs when she returned from Azkaban, but she was a bit more careful not to cross that line. When she returned she was also really sick and damaged physically for a fair amount of time, she'd only been 14.
She was also allowed some time off, a few days before returning to Hogwarts. She chose to spend it with Austin and to kill a second unicorn in her town, all by herself this time.
When she was a little girl, she had lured boys and girls into the forests to get attacked by werewolves. So she knew Lucas before she met him at Hogwarts because she saw Lucas and his friends get ripped apart. The reason why Lucas was the only one to survive was because Rhiannon had actually felt guilty and horrible and dragged his bloody mangled mess out of the woods. This was discovered when she was given truth-telling syrum. This explains her reason for loving monster, because she loved her family and her family were the ones that did these things. Therefore, she felt the pressure to become a monster herself, so that's why she drank the unicorn blood. She wanted to be one of her family. She also really liked Lucas, but never saw him again because his family moved and kept him hidden after his bite. So when she saw him at hogwarts, she took his first kiss and felt no shame in it. She'd saved his life, after all. But of course, she went with Austin. This doesn't make her any more human, she still has a cursed life, is still wicked and evil and the same person. It just shows that when she was an 8 year old girl, still young and innocent, she met Lucas. It shows that even her, as a monster, can love.

The pearls on her chest, her mother's best pearls. She gave them to her when she left for Hogwarts, begging her to not forget her, shortly after her dad went to Azkaban. It was the one real connection she'd ever had with her mother.
wand: Pine, which in Pottermore means a long life, so she was of course thrilled to get this wand. 9 inches exactly, stiff and unyielding.
animagus: She wants to turn into a panther or something, but she can't yet.
patronus: Dunno. Everytime she's tried to make one, she's failed.
((Death eaters can't make patronus's, she's like one, and she has a 'cursed' life from drinking the unicorn blood, so she probably can't make one.))

Richard is basically the only person she knows in and outside Hogwarts besides Lucas. Lucas, Fionna, Rose, Al, and Richard are the only people in Hogwarts who know her for killing two unicorns. Austin, of course knows, she plans on getting married to him as soon as she graduates, they both truly love eachother even if it's based on all the wrong values.
