Aoi is generally a caring soul who loves to be petted. He often gets frightened when he hears loud noises, like thunder for a example. He loves to cuddle and is very sweet. Aoi tends to be a bit of a flirt and will often get jealous when his masters flirt with others.

Aoi's mother was a drug addict and beat him, his father died before he was born. He was often prostitued on the street to meet his mother's drug need, she one day sold him to slavery where he got two horrible mistresses. They beat and scolded him everytime he messed up and when he refused sex, they sent dogs out on him. Ever since that day, he hated women.

Kotetsu has a rather nasty drinking problem, he'd often sneak around at night to steal some wine. He is hard-headed and refuses to work most of the time, but can be very loving. Kotetsu hates to be scolded because he thinks it breaks a person's spirit, when a master or someone yells at him, he tends to yell back.

Kotetsu was raised on the street basically, when he was ten, he discovered that he could grow grapes and grape vines at will. However his child hood on the street was cut away when his mother sold him to slavery for extra money. His previous owners gave him a little wine, because he loved grape-tasting things, this soon developed into a habit. Kotetsu would sneek around, drinking bottle after bottle of wine, eventually end up being on the floor. They got fed up with it and sent back so he can get a new master.
