✖ He seems aggressive and mean at first, but he's actually just a sweet kitty cat. James is usually reserved and suspicious around his masters at first. Give him a few days to warm up to them and he becomes a loving, cuddly pet.
✖ He was born into slavery. Mostly all of James' previous masters beat him and kept him locked up, turning the once playful demon into a reserved and distant person. He always tries his best to please his masters, but they are never pleased with his work. He has grown fed up with all of the neglect and often tries to run away if the owner even shows an ounce of a possibility of hitting him. He never gets far though and always ends up back in a cage one way or another.

✖ Derrik is usually sweet and shy until he is angry. The boy has more times than not bitten one of his masters because he thought they were going to hit him. The boy likes it when he has a kind master because thanks to his small size he likes to cuddle in his master's lap. the boy is also secretly masochistic.
✖ Having been a vampire for so long he seems to have forgotten most of his memories, though the most painful ones are etched into his mind. No matter how hard he tries to forget them. Derrik has had many masters as well since he has a small biting problem.
✖ He can parolize people with a toxin that he releases when he bites their neck so he can feed. And he also has the basic vampire powers.
