Who do you think is smarter: Alejandro or Heather?

I personally think that Alejandro is SLIGHTLY smarter than Heather. They're both evil, but sometimes Heather's plans backfire on her. That didn't happen to Alejandro until the very last episode.
Heather voted off Beth, but that made Lindsay turn on her
Alejandro voted off Leshawna, no one suspected anything
Heather voted off Eva, but now she holds a major grudge on her.
Noah found out about Alejandro's plan, so he eliminated him before he could tell.
Heather tried to make friends with Sierra, but she knew that Heather was faking.
Alejandro voted off Owen and no one knew it was him.
Nothing went wrong with Alejandro until the very end. Stuff goes wrong with Heather all the time.
