Yuki Kiryu If I found you alone in the forrest...I would let you wither and die.Yuki stood shakily holding the stub of her disintegrated arm. The pain was unbearable as was the realization of the loss. The crimson butterfly would never play her violin for Mori again. She could not return now, mutilated and a loser in this battle failure of that magnitude would not be tolerated by the venerable lord Mori. No matter her station as a spear there would be hell to pay if she didn't win. I don't have any weapons... or demons. Yuki looked down at her COMP, there was a chance! Yuki lifted the COMP to her mouth and unlatched the holder with her teeth and slipped the contraption down. Yuki quickly slid down to the freezing ground and flipped the wrist mounted machine open with her remaining hand. Quickly she began to click buttons and flip through menus and lists trying to find what she was looking for. She had to get another demon, she had to summon something else and get back into this fight, even if the creature was no greater than a pizie Yuki would kill this b***h. Yoshizo Yoshimura Just Lighten Up and Laugh

The strike was almost imperceptible to the laughing octopus, but as Hel dashed away a steady trickle of shadow blood began to fall from Yoshizo's tentacle. After a beat the longer part of the second to last metal arm fell away. Yoshizo's body convulsed in sudden pain as the trickle of blood began to flow. It would be some time before the black sludge stopped flowing out and covering the black armor with an even blacker substance. The blood was the pure shadows which had replaced the crimson lifeblood which no longer spilled from his veins. It was a gift from his master Hetero; the orange haired master had taken pity upon the weak and defenseless psycho and gave him unbelievable powers. Slowly the last true courier of Hetero's message lost the strength in his legs. The psycho killer's knees were ground into the freezing ground as his ebony blood pooled around him. "Ssssstupid toad..." Yoshizo hissed violently as his self repair systems began to try and knit the wound closed. The other three amputations had been closed by the the warrior's regeneration but this one was going to take a little more. Than just the slight healing that he could give himself. If this was where it was to end Yoshizo would die on his feet with his blade jammed down to the hilt in Hel's chest.
The one remaining tentacle pressed itself down into the ice like an arthritic hand to stabilize the warrior. Slowly Yoshizo pushed himself to his feet his legs slightly wobbling from the pain. That was when the warmth of a mediarama washed over the dark haired warrior. It was a welcome healing even if it came from an unwelcome source. The psychotic warrior's eyes caught onto Kisa for a moment... he would skin her last. Suddenly the psycho dropped down into a fighting stance on all fours. There, crouched like a beast ready to strike Yoshizo's shadow began to twist and meld itself into a different shape and after a moment the warrior's shadow was like his stance, a panther ready to strike down its foes.
After a beat Yoshizo was off flying, silent and fast as the wind he crossed the distance to Hel. He approached her from behind, his face pulled into a look of pure determined madness. He would defeat her and she would return the lord Hetero from the underworld where he was sent by the silver haired toad. As he charged Yoshizo whipped out the remains of his sword which was not in its compacted sword form. It was missing some teeth which made it more of a short sword now but he didn't care. Yoshizo struck forward violently trying to ram his sword through Hel's fleshy human back right out of her front.

Eiji "Gin" Mishima"Looks like things are just going from bad to worse." Gin had yet to make a mark against the Demoness, though really none of them had made any headway aside from when she had seemed to be pushed back before. He was just about to try something else when his eye caught sight of a number of blue figures encircling the group, the Frost Giants that they'd been warned about earlier reaching this place a little too soon. 's**t. If they help out that witch, there's no way we'll win. Someone has to act as a distraction. What if-' The singer's thoughts were cut off as one of the monsters came dashing forward, ice gathering around it's fist as it closed in to strike. The red coated star felt his legs begin to move with their own haste beneath him as he ran towards the giant, gripping his own weapon tightly in his gloves, knowing that there was no way he could put on a performance like the others who were fighting for their lives. Gin was never good at playing base, but this time he could neither sit one out or take the lead role, so even if it killed him he would help in whatever way was possible."I've made up my mind." A nightstick shot up to meet the fist, glancing just inside the arm as both monster and man swung at one another, but the attack went just where Gin had planned as it smashed through the ice-like limb of the monster near the elbow, causing it to fall forward as he turned and brought his weapon down with as much power as he could, crushing through the back of the monster. There were more than a few, and he didn't have a chance to count as they closed the small distance the fastest one had made between their group, but Gin did have the chance to toss the small gift he'd received before on the ground as it cracked open, Metatron's Song stunning the monsters as each let out their own hellish bellow while the inexperienced Persona user reached for his Evoker again, the grimace on his face hardened with his his decision."Persona!"Quote: Gin has ditched the Hel fight, to stop the Ice Giants nearby.

Taisen climbed to his feet rather quickly but stumbled the bit because of the pain of the gash on his back. Looks like he would have to eat the woman's sword too...what a bother. Taisen took some razor blades from his hood pockets and deeply ripped into his cheeks with each before swallowing them all in order to refuel the demon he was fused with. This battle was definitely going on longer than expected so Taisen would have to try to end it before his help all died out..and at this rate..they were all going to die soon. Upon hearing the woman's speech towards the newcomer, Taisen had a mervelous Idea as he quickly slid in front of Hel, keeping enough distance that her skeletal arm wouldn't reach him without her lunging and throwing off her balance and form wear Taisen would easily sever her arm from the shoulder down and far enough so that her blade wouldn't reach. All he needed to fear was her hideous breath. As he stood, he noticed the crazy psycho lunging from behind her but Taisen's covered eyes didn't even look in his direction in order to give him away. then something happened that hadn't happened in a long time..the zombie spoke..with words! "Lets get one thing clear. You are, by no means, beautiful. Your jealous of the woman who has control over those demons because you have no power of your own to do so. Hell, you can't even get a bunch of humans to do as you say, let alone demons who , I must admit, are allot dumber and weaker than us humans, but are a hell of allot scarier. So if your going to kill us, start with me, because I can't bare to hear your annoying voice any longer!" As the last bit of Taisen's words slipped from his mouth, him having shouted them to try and cover up the sound of the approaching black messenger, Taisen attempted to again utilize the woman's lack of interest of anything outside of her current focus. she was also very emotional so insulting her might cause her to focus on Taisen more. If all things went well, Yoshizo would rip through the girl before she ripped through Taisen. But he said each word with the straightest of expressions..he was actually serious about what he said..or so it seemed. Quote: Abomination Transformation. Haoul Yamakaji, Fire Brand of the former EmbryonHaoul flinched, falling a bit as he felt his arm falling victim to Hel's touch, wincing before he severed it quickly with his other arm. "D...dammit.." he called to himself, as he watched the others make their moves.
From the summoner girl that appeared out of nowhere, to the crazed, tentacled monstrocity, to the hooded one that seemed silent for so long. "I'm not about to quit here!" he stated plainly, as he raised his other arm, before raising it high, and starting after Hel again, using a Ragnarok spell, the flames roaring from his arm.
He had not the strength for another primal force, but he could still use magic. Question was...
Would it do anything?

Hel - Mistress of the UnderworldOh, these summoners were just full of tricks, weren't they? Who would have known that this thin, annoying little waif would have command over a member of their very own pantheon? There was no mistaking the blind god for one of the body double impostors that were always running around in the Dark Realm, the real world, or other such places were devils such as themselves tended to linger. It hadn't been long ago that Hoor had been pulled from his eternal bondage inside her very own realm due to the defeat of Beldr; this was where he had been taken, and for this purpose? She couldn't help but curl her lips in a mixture of amusement and distaste for the one who had been enslaved due to the trickery of her own sire so very long ago, for his plight from then to now hadn't exactly changed all that much. Until Ragnarok he was said to be stuck in his torment, but here he stood now before them...only he was most certainly as much a slave now as he ever was while bound by his cursed fate! And when he spoke and tried to reason with her not to speak back to the fairly pathetic-looking little girl and her whining, self-entitled attitude, she couldn't help the laughter that absolutely burst like music from her lips and out across the entire area around the Dojima Residence. "Ha ha ha! Oh, how the mighty have fallen! To think that one who stood as nobly as yourself should fall to these lows! Serving a poorly-endowed human girl...your fortunes had been been better in chains!" she laughed and could not hide her amusement at his plight and low opinion of the summoner that now controlled him; oh yes, she had heard tell of this particular incarnation of the name 'Raidou'...heard tell of how the name had fallen into decadence and been surpassed not only by the currently-legendary (and utterly evil) Ichirou, but also the current Geirin in the quest to be called 'Greatest Summoner'! And she had no doubt that were not Kyouji in the possession of Ichirou himself at this very moment, that Raidou would have fallen to the very last of the Kuzunoha! Quite a change from the once-glory brought to the title by the Fourteenth! Not that Hel minded, of course, as she hated all summoners and loathed those with the title of Raidou the most...but for an immodest wench like this one to bear the name? It was practically an insult to her hate! At least, these were the thoughts of a rather tasteless demon with a generally low opinion of summoners and a complex against most women who thought themselves more beautiful than herself. Or those who didn't think they were more beautiful than herself but others might have. Or basically any woman who was not hideous and/or in her enslavement to constantly remind her that she was the most fair. ...Did she have a thing about her own beauty? Maybe...just maybe. She might have gone on with the laughing, and mocking, mixed in with some more laughing and more mocking later, but it was then that the series of attacks picked back up again in spite of her desire to keep amusing herself; Hoor, at least, was none-too-amused and fired an arrow in her direction that was straight and true...only the swiftness of her wakizashi saved her the sting of steel upon her skeletal breast. Both the half-fiend and the red-haired little girl were too busy playing with their power for now to dare another strike upon her, and she could see that at least one of her enemies was turning from the field to thwart a horde of Frost Giants that had been closing in on their location. All-in-all, the assault was hardly challenging for her this time; in fact, she seemed almost amused by it until at last, the hooded figure appeared before her with his challenge and practically spat out his acidic lies in an attempt to...what?! To provoke her ire? To get her to kill him sooner? It almost baffled Hel that someone had the nerve to speak to her in such a fashion after the wrecking she had done to them until this very moment! So much so that her teeth clenched together as he spoke, her anger overwhelming her to the point that thought she wanted to kill him and shut his mouth, she almost had to listen to him until the very end. Like the 'car crash' logic, only this time it was a string of words that she simply couldn't believe were being spoken to her! She had, after all, ruled in the Underworld for time beyond count...all those who did not fall in line and bow at the altar of her whims and beauty were made to suffer, therefore few ever spoke to her at all of anything other than her grace and fair, dark-skinned features. It was almost a culture shock to hear anything to the contrary! And yet, she was. "Y-you..." she bit out angrily, eye hardening, body tensing, ...after all I've done, you still dare speak to me in such an insolent fashion? You are either blind or stupid and quite possibly both! I will...kill you...and I will desecrate your soul, impale you upon the highest spike inside the hottest pit in all the Underworld for this! I will torment your existence until the end...I swear it!" Attempt to divert her attention? Successful. And it was just as she completed her declaration that a sword suddenly jutted forward from behind her and pierced her through the fleshy part of her body and out of the front of it! Her eye widened suddenly and her teeth clamped shut, her threats ended for just a moment as the realization dawned on her that she had been fooled...sword had been run through her! Her two hands slowly crept up from her sides, shaking... "You," she spat the word like a curse, wanting to look over her shoulder but unable to move...she had been run through! Her eye was sharp and hard and...slowly...closed. "You b*****d!'"Her screech pierced the air like a knife jamming into their ears...but what followed wasn't a collapse or a howl of pain...but a sudden, almost angry laughter. Wait, laughter...? "Do you really think you can kill me with a mortal blade?!" her words were taunting and sharp, cutting straight through the flesh and bone until they pierced the heart...suddenly, her skeletal hand reached up and took the blade that had run through her and the entire thing reduced to dust...as the flesh about that side of her body began to retract and reveal the skeleton beneath it. Her eye disappeared and her mask wrapped around bare teeth, her armor over bear bones, and for a moment she was left before them in the truest of forms...the true Mistress of the Underworld as time had really left her. "I...HATE...this form!" she growled as she suddenly whipped her elbow back and absolutely CRUSHED the visor of Yoshizo back into his face, rotting shards of it digging into his flesh and lips as she sent him rolling back a long distance, head-over-heels, with a surprising strength she had not yet shown to any of them. She was livid! Seething, and even as the flesh completed shrinking away from the rest of her body, she was already trying to force it back...though only little bits at a time could be formed...meat on a finger, skin over her cheek...and the growl in her throat emphasized that she likely wasn't going to be getting it all back any time soon. "All the things I said...ALL OF THEM," she screeched angrily, reaching into her scabbard to grip the hilt of her wakizashi that seemed to change forms itself into something rotten and bone-colored, with a greenish tint to the edge of the blade, "I will make them DOUBLE for this! No, triple! You will suffer TEN THOUSAND TIMES OVER for this insult! You will endure torment in Hell, and you will live there as the only soul to RUE the day they saw the face of fair Hel of the Underworld! I swear it!"Quote: Mistress of the Underworld - The True, Demonic Form of Hel of the Underworld. Her powers increase many-fold when she reveals it, and her entire body becomes tainted with the Necrotic Touch. (Because she must retract her human flesh, she reviles the appearance of this form and rarely uses it...though if her enemy proves dangerous enough, she may be forced to do so with a great hatred put upon the one who makes her do it.) Raidou Kuzunoha the XIXHöðr shook his head sadly. "You never learn, Hel. When my brother was in your realm, you coveted his light for your own, yet he could never truly shine while in your grip. You and I will have much to do come the days past Ragnarok, but 'till then..." he vanished back into the Tube as Raidou flipped it around and stored it back were it belonged. Raidou shook out her hair a moment later, not at all ashamed of the amount of skin her body was currently showing, rather flat though she was. "I believe jealousy can make even the most beautiful Goddess into one whose form is ugly... and it looks like I was right." she said as another Tube was uncapped. This time, however, it was no deity she summoned... merely the Voice of one. The silvery skin of the angel Metatron was as polished and pure as one could ask for, nothing at all like the form of Hel, and the angel stared downwards, then lifted his hands as Raidou hopped onto his shoulder and a torrent of power flowed out of her weapon and towards Hel. This was only the opening salvo in her offense, however, as flames erupted out of his hands and shot downwards. However, rather than simple fire, this power was much more divine and much, much more powerful, striking with roughly twice the force that Virocana's flames had hit with. Metatron's Fire of Sinai, extraordinarily powerful even among the Almighty attacks. And as Raidou looked downwards, the heavens flashed. The true fury of the Great Kohryu, focused to its utmost extreme in the blast of lightning that Zeus himself would be hard-pressed to match, roared downwards to strike at the modified body of Hel. It was a blast that was greater than Raidou's blow, even enhanced as it was by the monster lurking deep inside of her. It was greater than Virocana's flames, and greater than Metatron's Fire of Sinai, with every bit of the Great Kohryu's might directed into one blow. Far up from the ground, Raidou gasped and grabbed onto Metatron's hair as she staggered to the side. The demon barely noticed, but the Summoner winced at the feeling inside of her. One downside of her job was that she had to funnel the magic that her demons used, and offenses like this took more power than most Summoners even had. She was orders of magnitude more capable than most Summoners, but even she couldn't pull off this kind of offense too many times. Maybe once more, maybe, but if she managed it, it definitely wasn't going to happen again after that. Even Hel had to feel some kind of damage, though, after everything she had been hit by. Quote: Raidou's Skills:-Raidou: Heat Kaiser (Target: Hel) [Very High Nuclear Damage to All Enemies] [Reason: Akuma: Five Percent: Greatly increased magic power for 3 turns, with a two turn cooldown; 3/3] -Metatron: Fire of Sinai (Target: Hel) [2 Hits of Severe Almighty Damage to All Enemies; 25% chance for Light-type Instant KO, but not rolling because I'm pretty sure Hel's outright immune to that part] -Great Kohryu: Guardian Hammer (Target: Hel) [Severe Elec Damage to All Enemies] (High Elec Boost: Elec Damage +50%)(Mind Charge: 2.5x damage) (Total: 375% power) KisaThis was... completely out of her league, Kisa decided after about half an instant of consideration. Not that it hadn't been aleady. Hel's overpowering presence had just increased an absolutely insane amount, her sensei was unleashing even more power than before (and, Kisa realized with a sinking feeling, she'd yet to call her true trump card), and in general, things were getting very bad, very fast. She was not ready to get involved in this kind of battle. And it looked like Hel's entire body was going to disintegrate whatever it touched (goodbye Plan Drop-Cars-On-Her-Until-She-Stops-Moving), which cut out a lot of options, and maybe she could get away with some attacks if Hel was focused on what else was being done to her, but every instinct in her body was screaming at her to stay the heck away from the angry Goddess (yay for survival instincts!), and- now her mind was just screaming because she didn't know what to do! Yet this battle had to end as fast as possible, right? Her roaring flames were powerful, but they weren't even a tenth as powerful as she would have liked. Never before had the girl wished quite so badly to have enough strenth to completely annihilate her enemy in one blow, because right now, she was terrified most of the way out of her wits and just wanted this nightmare to end. Preferably with her still alive. Quote: Kisa's Skills:Action: Magma Axis (Target: Hel) [Severe Fire Damage to 1 Enemy]

Haoul Yamakaji, Fire Brand of the former EmbryonThe fire brand flinched at the demon's new form, a little stunned at how...how.. Ugly it was. Of course, she seemed rather pissed having to revert to such a form, but he could feel that she wasn't any waeker. Rather, he was actually a little scared.
Of course, he had to keep strong. With the mysterious message, he had an idea of something they could try. "Hey....Hooded one!!" he called, as he raised his good arm, and flung a Maragilao near him. "Let's give this a try!"

Yuki Kiryu If I found you alone in the forrest...I would let you wither and die.Where is it... WHERE IS IT?! Yuki clicked through menu after menu looking for what she knew was there. Her lord had told her that if she should need it that he had modified her COMP system with a secondary feature just incase something like this happened. That is exactly what Mori did, he was always 10 moves ahead. There! Yuki slammed her finger down onto summon button. The COMP system began to glow and after a long moment of silence a giant monster exploded into view behind the red haired girl. With the summoning sequence complete Yuki placed the system back on her wrist. "Goshinki!" She called loudly to the monster. With a loud groaning the monstrous red haired creature shook loose dust that had accumulated in its joints and mane. As the monster was shaking itself loose the crimson butterfly lept up onto its armored shoulder. "Destroy her now Goshinki." At the order the demon straightened itself up so it taller than before. From the giant's mouth a thick stream of steam began to float into the air. Deep within Goshinki there was an ice colder than the frigid temperature outside. With one mighty roar the creature fired forth a giant bolt of ice which flew, sharp and straight towards Hel's body. The aquary tide was a destructive and powerful spell and the power of Goshinki was even greater than the power of Sadness had been. Yoshizo Yoshimura Just Lighten Up and Laugh

The light evening breeze rustled Yoshizo's hair as he rolled head over heels back to where the crimson butterfly laid trying to summon up another demonic creature. The psychotic black haired warrior laid on his back for what seemed like an eternity for the faithful messenger. The decaying shards of glass and metal left long deep gashes all over his face even as they melted away to nothingness. Yoshizo's black and horrible blood bubbled out from his skin again and stained his alabaster skin. "Lord Hetero..." Yoshizo's lips barely moved as he spoke once more the name of his god. The many voices who called the boy their vessel were silent and for the first time in a long time Yoshizo was alone in his own head. In these twilight moments of life the warrior of the black messenger saw each of his memories slipping by. There was his family; his father... his mother. In his mind he saw the family he once knew, the feeling of being warm in his mothers arms. He remembered the sister who's bright smile used to warm his heart. The brother who taught him how to play baseball. Among these memories were placed the more sinister thoughts of darkness. The lord Hetero's orange hair filled many of these recent thoughts and this was where Yoshizo's mind was the most comfortable, in the obsidian shadow of his demonic lord.
That image pulsed through the messenger's mind as he lay there on the ground bleeding. As though his master's hand was in his mind the Black Messenger bolted up to a seated position his eyes ablaze with unholy fire. Lord Master Hetero's eyes were the power of Yoshizo's black and terrible heart. "I will tear you apart YOU b***h!" The messenger's voice exploded with untouchable rage that came from the deep caverns of hatred that had built up within the insane mind. Now, with the clarity of a quiet mind Yoshizo could feel all of his hatred exploding forth. In the blink of an eye the messenger was back on his feet. The monster was already moving with ungodly speed towards Hel as though the whip of his master was at his back. The messenger's tentacle swung for the mistress's legs while he charged face first to her chest. He would run her into the ground even if his skin melted away while he tried. It was the conviction of the messengers driving him.

As Taisen watched the blade rip through Hel, he just watched in a stoic fashion. He expected her to squeal, drop to her knees, so he could chop her head off and take her arm to the chairman (all in a mysteriously cool fashion, of course) But suddenly, instead of dropping, the girl continued to speak and began to change forms. If Taisen wasn't his usual quiet, stoic, self, he would have most likely dropped to his knees and and yelled due to the pure frustration he felt while battling this creature. he looked to see that the crazy one was sent flying by a decaying elbow, so, for a moment, Taisen and Hel were left standing only a few yards apart, face to face. Taisen felt a slight chill go down his spine but he quickly ignored it for it was not like his life had any real meaning. He was just the chairman's puppet, and he knew this, which maybe..deep..deep down in the very core of his zombie heart, hurt him a little, but he accepted it. So Taisen decided to go out with a bang as the two large cleavers formed and rip their way out of his arms again, turning his arms into two large, deadly blades. Just as Taisen was about to charge, he heard a voice..the voice of a person who he had never heard before during this battle, most likely because he was only paying attention to Hel and the yelling weirdo who kept flinging his body into Hel. But Taisen looked up to see a ball of flames shooting towards him. Taisen didn't really know if it was a spell or not..or even what it's name was due to his knowledge of only physical skills but, in blind faith, Taisen 'caught' the fire spell in his claws like a basketball and also tried to summon a pralaya at the same time to maybe slice Hel up with a flaming pralaya but as Taisen focused into this now swirling ball of energy in his hands, it became to powerful and just shot off into the air. The hooded figure looked up for a moment, both ashamed of himself and afraid of the mockery he was probably going to get from Hel before she reduced him to dust when suddenly Taisen saw something in the air. Suddenly blades of fire began to rain from the sky around Hel, each aiming to pierce her but, whether or not they actually pierce her, once each of the blades landed, they all went off in a large explosion of both fire and raw power. The explosion sent Taisen sliding back a bit but all he could do was wait for the smoke to clear and hope that Hel was no longer breathing, but whether it killed her or not, Taisen would have to give Haoul some credit for coming up with the plan. Hel - Mistress of the UnderworldThere were times in a battle when haste was a fighter's ally, and times when haste was a fighter's enemy. Until now, the very sword that had pierced the Mistress of the Underworld's chest, there hadn't been a single weapon that appeared as though it could even scratch her bones. Yoshizo's weapon had pierced her body and damaged the fleshy bits enough to make them recede it seemed, but even now there was nothing damaging done to the bone-structure of the fearsome demon that stood before them. There was something else at work here, something beyond her impressive magic and impossible defense that was keeping all of these spells from doing what they rightly should have done to her body; yet those who were too concentrated on rushing through the battle and battering their heads against the closed door despite its refusal to budge did not think of it. In haste they sent impossibly-powerful magics down to crash against her body, but they had little effect on their foe, striking her new form and swirling about her to no avail. She barely even noticed her fellow god anymore, his words falling on as deaf a pair of ears as the words of her pathetic master. There was a hate that she held for the Devil Summoners and the Kuzunoha in particular; her hatred for the one who had forced her into this hideous face was burning far hotter right now, far more pressingly. All of the torture she had promised him she had every intention of following through on, and even as the change in energy passed over the field she paid it little heed. Another spell from the more raw-powerful Demi-Fiend seemed to make her take a step back, but the weapon in her hand had a thirst for blood which crossed the boundaries of the dimensions and it would only be quenched once it had tasted of the body of that hooded b*****d...that sideshow freak that had dared to speak ill words against her and saw her body pierced by that ineffectual blade from before! Her mind was focused on him, even as the two most persistent flies buzzed about and sent a spell of ice in her direction by the first...a physical charge from the second that screamed in her direction and swore that he would kill her. Like a flash she reacted, breaking through the ice and striking out with her blade, landing behind the now-four-armed warrior with the sheath once again containing her weapon at the withdrawal of her quick-draw strike. His tentacle rotted to ash on the floor and as she stood again and looked with her empty eyes towards the zombie, she was content that he had seen just what he would suffer soon enough...and that would be only the beginning of his torment. Now, she was ready to deal out her judgment upon that insolent little b*****d...her hand upon the rotting hilt of her blade, countenance as terrible and fearsome as it ever had been, she was ready to shoot across the way and slice him in two when out of nowhere...a fire spell crashed into him from the side. Was it an ally?! She looked over and saw Haoul's extended arms, being satisfied for a second that somebody here at least had taste and a sense of decency she could understand...but when she looked back at her foe she saw that he hadn't been injured at all! He was gathering a new power, twisting abilities! This was...this was His power! Beneath her breath she cursed and she would have shouted out loud if she didn't suddenly realize the danger of her situation...fire was in the skies now and they were opening up as a rain began to fall all about her...but not of liquid or water or even snow or hail, but swords! Flaming swords fell all about her and as she tried to dodge them and defend herself from the residual magic, but even with all her skill they were too numerous and the explosions were too wide! Covering herself with her bony arms all at once she suddenly felt the explosion rage all about her...her anger and her hate growing with each second and only when the explosion of dual-elements reached its pinnacle could she be shouting out some curse, some epithet of hate in a language that was unintelligible, though the meaning most certainly got through. But that was the last of her voice as the roar grew too loud, the light too bright, and the explosion sent shards of small ice and huge clouds of dust rising into the sky high above them, all about the target, until nothing could be seen of what lay within. Still, there was no shouting...no cloud of black smoke pouring through the dust, and no laughter this time...it was total silence save the small bits of falling debris around her back to the frozen Earth. And then, with a 'swish!' the cloud was pierced! A silver shine pierced the veil of dark and in an instant, her one and only counter had been delivered! Her wakizashi, thrown under the cover of the dark, had crossed the distance between she and her original target now outside the debris of his own fusion raid...and its rotting blade buried itself into the chest of Taisen, the one who had insulted her so gravely before unleashing this Hell on her. Into his heart it pierced and even with his regeneration, he could not stop the spread of her Necrotic Poison through his body as it rotted him at the very center, rotted away his blood and his veins and the bones all around him. From within the cloud there was a cough, but even as it came, a tattered and burned-looking skeletal woman stepped forward out of the smoke looking very injured but still standing...and with her bony fingers she wrapped around the neck of the zombie and squeezed so that his flesh beneath her fingers rotted and she all but tore his throat until the tips of her fingers touched where his windpipe would have been. "I'll be seeing you...soon," she whispered with all the hate she could muster as she pulled her blade back from his body, before turning her attention back to the group around her. Unlike her brothers, damage had never been her strongest point, and when the small sound of glass shattering had been muffled by the explosion of fire and swords it had been like a gong for her...she knew when her time was up, and this was the hour that she had been dreading. Had they been forsaken, she wondered? But her answer was to be sought elsewhere, not here, not now. Taisen turned to dust before her feet and she would have smirked if she had lips to do so. Now, there was only this matter at-hand...the matter of the crowd which currently surrounded her. "I hope you appreciate this gift, the blessing of my father!" she bit angrily, sounding almost betrayed...almost as if she hadn't expected him to do something like this one day, "but know that all he professes to love one day falls under the darker side of his ambitions. ...I am living proof of that."Quote: Necrotic Sting - In her Mistress of the Underworld form, her wakizashi becomes poisonous and carries a faster-acting decay than her Necrotic Touch. If pierced by the blade, the effect is almost instantaneous. [Target: Taisen (Dead)] Mistress of the Underworld - The True, Demonic Form of Hel of the Underworld. Her powers increase many-fold when she reveals it, and her entire body becomes tainted with the Necrotic Touch. (Because she must retract her human flesh, she reviles the appearance of this form and rarely uses it...though if her enemy proves dangerous enough, she may be forced to do so with a great hatred put upon the one who makes her do it.)

Yuki Kiryu If I found you alone in the forrest...I would let you wither and die.Tha crimson butterfly's painted lips were held tight together and had just the slightest curvature. Her attack may have not worked, and the psycho's attack may have been rebuffed in much the same way but the explosive swords that the zombie cast were quiet impressive and seemed to damage her. The rotted arm throbbed and ached and all Yuki wanted to do was to get out of here and back to the seat of power of her lord Mori. That was when the cloud of smoke was was cut by a flighted blade. By the time the crimson butterfly could see where the blade was headed there was nothing she could do to stop it. Even her words would not have been fast enough to catch the flying blade as it sliced through the air right for the zombie's chest. There it landed, perfectly through the zombie's heart; Yuki flinched an closed her eyes quickly before opening them nervously to see if the blade had really flown as true as it seemed. The crimson butterfly winced as the zombie began to disintegrate. So disgusted Yuki looked away from the scene and turned her attention back to the skeletal warrior. Yuki ran through all her choices. No matter what she did, or anyone did for that matter, the skeleton just seemed to rebuff all comers. That is until that zombie man, now zombie dust, had summon those explosive swords from the sky. How did he do that? It seemed that they could now fuse spells to create great skills powerful enough to strike down the gods themselves. So that is what she would do, but who would she fuse with? She surveyed the field and saw that few remained, even fewer who she could feel a connection to. From that lofty peak of Goshinki's shoulder her eyes fell upon a man who she felt a link with, she could fuse with him. Here goes. "Goshinki! Aquary tide, send it to the octopus!" That was all the great demon needed to hear. Once again the thick steam rose from the monster's mouth and once again the gargantuan shards of ice burned forward through the sky trailed by smoke. This time though the shard was aimed towards a different target. Yoshizo Yoshimura Just Lighten Up and Laugh

That was it. The four tentacles of the laughing octopus had been severed and even the warrior's visor had been crushed and aged beyond reclaiming. Yoshizo's bosy was bloody and beaten but he refused to hit the floor again. He turned again, the blood still spewing forth from his severed limb, and locked his eyes onto the skeletal warrior she was without her blade and now would be the time to strike. Strike that is if the black messenger could strike again. He didn't have a blade, he didn't have the strength of arms now that his tentacles were gone, and judging from the lake of black blood forming around his feet Yoshizo didn't have enough blood to attack more than once. The warrior turned to see that around the skeletal mistress had arisen a great cloud. It mattered not because he would charge aga- The thought was cut short as a blade flew out of the cloud of dust and struck stuck itself deep into the hooded warrior who fought like hell alongside the laughing octopus. He wouldn't make it, not with the skeletal blade shoved so deep into his chest, but Yoshizo would if not by strength of arms then by undimmed spirit.
That was when he heard the call of the crimson butterfly. She was attacking him? Him? The word was unusual but this wasn't the time for that internal battle. Suddenly the giant shard of ice was flying to him and that is when he saw the plan. They would combine their strength into a spell that no one had ever seen. So as the giant slab of ice approached Yoshizo released the power of his shadow. That was when the great avatar of destruction appeared above him. She stood tall with four blades held high ready to strike. "Primal force!" The great goddess struck her blades against the ice shard and immediately the laughing octopus was surrounded by a huge cloud of dust.
From behind the cloud there was a loud and enraged groan. The horrid sound was accompanied by the thrashing eight distinct limb. As the thrashing and screaming began to slow the cloud of dust receded. Behind the cloud of covering dust emerged a huge and horrible beast; it was made of solid living ice and stood taller than the embryon base. The creature was huge and terrible to behold its eight frozen tentacles lifted high into the air. Suddenly with a groan the creature lunged forward towards Hel its frozen appendages all striking forward in one horrible display of rage and strength. If, when the dust cleared, Hel was dead the laughing octopus' power would be clear for all those who wished to threaten him.

Haoul Yamakaji, Fire Brand of the former EmbryonHaoul gave a small fist pump as the hooded one caught onto his plan, and as the blades rained from the sky, with Hel making some dark foreshadowing to the fact that they would fall to her father's dark Ambitions.
Guessing it to be the one who sent them the message, Haoul watched as the octopus and the red haired girl (with a new demon) attacked her, as he jumped with his own little flare. "Let's give you a proper send-off then!" he called, reaching deep down to his magic Reserves, and sending down the same, powerful Pillar of Flame he was famous for,
His Ragnarok Spell. Hoping to fell the woman once and for all.Quote: Action: Ragnarok (Very High fire Damage, 1 enemy): Hel

Raidou Kuzunoha the XIXThey said there was no kill like overkill, but that really only helped when you could actually accomplish it. Freaking deities. It was when the girl was raising her hand to call forth one more blow that her cellphone rang, and the girl had it out of its case almost faster than was possible. There was only one person who had this number, and a frown crossed Raidou's face even as the Great Kohryu suddenly snarled and the voice on the other end of the line spoke. Without speaking, Raidou flipped the phone shut and put it back in its holster and leaped into the air, her Tube flashing and recalling Metatron even as her dragon soared under her and caught her, then took off towards the horizon. Which was not a good thing, when you thought about it. Raidou, professionally, worked to stop deities like Hel from doing what they wanted, so if she was simply dropping the issue and running, that probably meant something even worse was going on... and she'd just received orders to go and deal with it. This was really not looking good... And she'd already expended quite a lot of energy. She could regain some on the way, but... well, nobody ever said that being a Kuzunoha was easy. Lesser Summoners might be mainly in awe of skill and talent, but they didn't always realize that the Kuzunoha needed every bit of that power to deal with the foes they fought and keep Japan safe. Even as Inaba fell into the distance behind her, Raidou quietly ran one finger along one of her Tubes, the one hanging from her neck. Was it time...? KisaPowers from the sky! Powers she'd never seen before! Her teacher heading off somewhere else...! Oh, this day would be hard-pressed to go any more insane than it already had. Whatever blessing of Hel's father (which had to be Loki, a memory noted unhelpfully) had come over the area seemed to be making a surprising amount of difference; perhaps it was his power reacting with that of his daughter? Deities were very strange, and not all of the things they did made any kind of sense to a human. Or a former human. All right, all right, think... options... options... Hel's touch was pretty much fatal, so as long as she avoided getting hit by that power, it didn't mean much if she cast successive Magma Axis bursts. One of the more interesting traits of that spell was that it was cast from her physical health, instead of her spiritual power, so she could theoretically go right on casting it almost endlessly as long as she paused every now and then to recover her health with a Dia skill; she'd still run out of power after awhile, of course, but not before she'd gotten off a good number of blows. In strict terms of damage over time, that was probably her most capable function since her Magma Axis outclassed every other offense she currently had, and it was actually pretty cheap in terms of spiritual power converted to health converted to flames (though it only managed a single target... but one couldn't have everything, and it wasn't like she had others to hit), particularly in a case where she didn't actually need to worry about reserving her power for her own health, since whatever power Hel had, it didn't seem like Tetraja would stop it. Cheater. And with a one-strike-kill blow, health was irrelevant; the girl wasn't quite sure her own massive resistance to damage would stop it enough to avoid a fatal blow. On the other hand, her teacher and many of the others in the area had been pounding away for awhile now with minimal effect, and she'd just admitted that Hel didn't seem to want to play by rules which said she should have had crippling injuries by now, so... was it a better function to fall back into a support role, where she could try and avoid attracting Hel's attention by supporting people who were using Loki's gift to strike at Hel? It seemed the most likely, theoretically speaking, to be what really damaged Hel, which meant she could end up wasting her power on Magma Axis for basically no effective return (a disturbing thought, really), and... War Cry, to weaken her defenses and accuracy, might be good, but it also had a disturbingly high chance of attracting Hel's attention, and she was rather attached to living. Also, she was terrible at evasion; that wasn't usually much of an issue, since she could typically resist enough damage to not be too concerned, but that wasn't likely enough to totally help in this case. Crap. The girl crouched behind a corner and held her hands up to her throat as she vomited out her Magatama and swallowed another many-legged parasite. Then, careully, she stared with just one eye at Hel as she tried to Analyze the demon. Was there anything at all she could learn, any weakpoints she could exploit or tell others to exploit? Hel - Mistress of the UnderworldCertainly surprise had turned the tables on the Mistress of the Underworld; somehow these humans had obtained powers that should have been beyond them, should have stayed beyond their grasp, which they used now to shatter her enchantment and catch her by surprise. Surely she was more durable than this recent slew of attacks would have lead her enemies to believe, but shock had taken her, the sudden torrent of her father's skill coming from this rabble of filth having caught her in a vulnerable state, inattentive to any threat they may have come into possession of during the midst of her slaughter. It was infuriating, knowing that they had been gifted strength that by all rights shouldn't have belonged to them, from her very own blood, and that using it they were now able to strike her unaware and not only halt her fun but put her very life in danger. More infuriating than even that was knowing that it was humans who possessed this power! Humans that had harmed her and forced her into her greater (but uglier) form, and humans that had wounded her again, putting her on the defensive so that even she wasn't so very sure she would live through it! Everything had gone wrong so swiftly, so surely, that she wasn't even sure the exact moment when it had been done to her. Now she had to cope with it...had to find a way to turn the tide back in her favor...but even as her foes began to swirl about her and plan their next moves, hearing but not caring about her ominous warning, she knew that she wasn't going to have enough time to make a real counter assault of it. It was going to have to be her lot to weather the storm before she made any attempt to return the favor; crossing her arms over her body in a defensive position, she waited for what would come with her speed gathered up and ready to move if she needed it. Fire erupted from beneath her feet then, a Ragnarok which before would have done nothing to her save be dispersed and unharmed by her defenses now washed over her with intensity, and it was only after she grit her teeth and leaped her skeletal body out of the pillar that she was freed from the ruthless damage it would have inflicted. But even as she escaped the fires, more danger was there for her to manage and the greatest of all so far. Ice and force, mingled together in eight growing tentacles began to spin and whirl to strike down at her with all their incredible strength. Avoiding one swipe was easy, but the rest were not quite so slow and she was not so fast as she had been at the outset. It seemed that the damage which had taken her by surprise before had done even more harm to her than she had guessed; frozen limbs smacked into her suddenly, biting and freezing as they did, she was driven back more than once, sliding along the ice that she had created until her back slammed against the front of the Dojima Residence and thumped painfully, only to feel the drumming of the tentacle on her one last time, literally shattering a bit of the ice behind her as she stumbled down to one knee in hurt. Fading away was the spell now, but the damage that it had been summoned to inflict was done...on her knee was the Mistress of the Underworld and if her bones themselves could bruise they appeared to have done just that, blacker and pained in several places, her flesh began to crawl back up her arm more swiftly...but her energy did not return in the same kind. Silence was the sound surrounding her, an unusual thing for a demon that had proven to love to talk...mostly about herself but also in taunting of those that she intended to scrub from the Earth with her Necrotic Touch. She hadn't been fast enough this time, however, and there were no boasts left to be made. No matter how she struggled now, it seemed that her part in this matter had been played, and if she lingered and fought with all her strength it would only end up in a close but decisive victory for her enemies...a satisfaction that Hel had no intention of giving to a gaggle of grotesque wretches who had only risen against her at the betrayal of her own kin! "You..." she spat as she slowly stood to her feet, sliding her wakizashi back into its sheath carefully as she looked out at the bloodthirsty group as they began to close in on her, eyes flaming with intensity and the hope now rekindled thanks to the gift they had received, "...one day...you will all...see this face again." She spat, standing back up to her full height and pride, for an instant seeming as terrible as she had all along...though it was soon to pass. "And on that day, I will make you suffer...for none can forever elude the Underworld," she smirked with the human half of her face as it recovered its flesh, eye flashing dangerously, "...I'll see you all...very...soon."Around her body suddenly rose a violet-black fire which surrounded her, a screech not unlike a shrill witch's laugh pierced the air, and as the flames rose up and surrounded her they gripped her body as though they had fingers themselves...pulling her slowly, slowly, back down into the Abyss... Text Message To: The Survivors From: Master of Keys... Subject: An Invitation ...
"Greetings!
It's lovely to see you all again so soon; if you are receiving this, then you know that we have both been successful on our little life-and-death adventures. Though I do not doubt that I have emerged with a much more plentiful bounty. This, however, I wish to share with all of you...as a token of my sorrow at the suffering you have endured. Reckless were these demons, driven by mad ambition to turn the world cold...but your bravery has driven them away!
But fret not, for the ice shall recede as surely as Lewis is Master of Keys, so too am I now the Master of the Frost. I have taken from the rich to give to the needy, to man who truly deserve its gifts!
Trust me, and come with all haste to the Station where my games were once held.
There I will answer questions as I can, offer you a boon for your service, and if I may, I will do my best to assuage what ails you.
...Come swiftly, however! My bounty is great, but not without its limits!
...
See you soon..."
