*sighs* I get home after classes, expecting this to be over with...
We need to stop this. If it is called for, at a later date, we can have a re-vote. At the moment, we do not need to have something of this sort. What we need to do is to just get the guild re-vamped. Put all of the silliness aside and focus on what actually needs to be done.
I'm fairly oblivious to all of this, mostly because I don't really care. I just want all of the idiocy done with in this one thread, and for us to move on. I propose this;
We continue to go on with our business. Give Miro a chance to prove that he is right for the job. If we, as a group, are not satisfied, then we can call for a revote then. There is nothing wrong with this plan of action, and we would actually benefit, as long as we did not resist it every inch- no, centimeter of the way.
I just want all of this silliness done and over with for a while. Most of us are going through transitions in our life, and we need to respect our peers for that. For example, I know that Miro just moved a few states away, and that Fef moved to the other side of the country. This would obviously bring up some discomfort for anyone.
So please, for the love of all that is good, please... Lets just stop this, and move on. Give Miro some time where we're not judging the living s**t out of him to prove that he's awesome.
Anyone in favor?
Please guys...?

Ok, breaking my silence on this long enough to simply agree with the fact Fangs pointed out. This whole thing needs to end, and soon at that.
I honestly don't care how it is done, whether by a string of votes that could take weeks, or letting everyone simmer down and then hope a calm state returns to everyone's mind where things can be dealt with then in a swifter motion a few weeks from now. I say just pick a method and get to it. Because right now, seeing this continually affecting people on and off gaia is beginning to get to my nerves.
I am not going to sit around and comment on my personal opinions of anyone or the actions that have gone on so far. I simply want to, at the very least, keep my current relationship with the guild at a professional level. I am this way because I simply do not need to like someone to get work done with them, I do my part, them theirs, then the work is over, both parties get back to life. I act this way towards the running of a guild to preserve the off-gaia friendships that I have with some members of this crew. Note that I will be one of the first to say that there are times I dislike something done by another in the guild from time to time; however, I do not let that emotion cloud my judgment when making a decision in this sense. If the guild will still run smoothly, then I could honestly not worry about the method behind the results. ((Ok, maaaybe I will speak out against animal/human sacrifices, or something else that drastic to keep the guild up and running. Though that is likely to never come into being.))
With that, do not expect me to suddenly become talkative in this thread. I simply won't respond to any commentary against or for my professional opinion as a crew member posted here. ((Yes, my personal opinion may very well differ from just what is in this post.)) So please do not waste anyone's valuable time doing so...

@COV and Kyros: You are both hereby demoted from crew status for a period of one week. If, after that time you continue to press this stuff, I will remove you for a month, and demote you officially during that time. A third time will result in a permanent removal.
This is also to inform the crew at large that I meant it when I said I would not tolerate any more of this. We have things we need to be focusing on besides this nonsense. To placate the constant complaints against me, we will bring this issue back onto the table in four months, when the guild has had some time to stabilize. Until then, I must insist that you all play nicely, or leave this crew.

That's your prerogative. If you ever decide you want to come back, I will welcome it.
