XXX Morning had come quite a time ago. The sun had entered the den and reached the pup's eyes, and she let off a soft growl in warning to the light that had decided to attack inside the den while she was sleeping. Elliyon flopped over, giving a soft whine, and curled nose to tail once more. She had fallen asleep next to a furry body. Someone that had been warm and had kept her warm while she slept, but they weren't there now. She wasn't sure where they had gone. She didn't want to wake up. She didn't want to uncurl herself and greet the morning. no. The sun was intruding on her much needed beauty sleep, and she was only becoming more and more cranky. She would not get up. No one was going to make her get up. not even Faux. Or, well, maybe Faux, if he was in the den. He was alpha after all, and she had to listen to her alpha. He was the one that had allowed her to stay with the Uktena pack. Otherwise, she would have been homeless. She could have died. She would have never been able to find her mommy or daddy, and hopefully, one day she still would. For now, she was hanging out with the Uktena pack, so she could get their help.
Obviously, her battle as over. The sun had won the time, and she was going to have to get up. Opening her eyes, Elliyon blinked a few times, yawning. Uncurling her small body, she stretched, wriggling on her belly to do so. Taking a sniff of air, her tail immediately started it's normal swish. It would be a good day. That was, as soon as she could find someone to play with. The bodies she had slept with last night would be out and about, doing the jobs they had to do for the day. Really, that just put the pup in an unfortunate situation. Who was she supposed to play with, if no one was here to play with her? She wasn't supposed to go very far from the den if no one was with her. it was against the rules. She was a good girl. She followed the rules. most times anyways. That didn't mean she had to stay cooped up forever though, did it? She gave a soft whine, sitting, giving her ear a scratch. Where would she go? No one was int he den to play with, so she'd have to go somewhere Pack familiar and hope that someone was there waiting for her, or just about doing whatever they were supposed to be doing.
With a little yap, she tottered off, away from the den, headed for the stream. the water would be fun to play with if she couldn't find anyone else. Maybe, she could even be like the big wolves, like Faux, Aurora, and Milo. Maybe she could catch something from the stream! Sure, she wasn't big, and she wasn't really fast, but it wouldn't be hard to catch a fish, would it? Just a matter of finding one, and biting it quick right? She continued, gleefully, tottering about until she reached the quick moving water. At the edge of the bank, she looked into the reflective surface, and laid on her belly. Inching closer to the edge, she stretched a paw into the water, smacking at it, waiting to see if it would stir the water more then it's constant flow already did. She smacked at it again, getting a few droplets on her nose. How was she supposed to see fish if the water was constantly moving? She couldn't leave the stream. it would take her too far away from pack land. She gave a little growl, and smacked a few more times at the water. It was amusing, and it was all the pup needed to occupy herself for the time being, until someone came along and discovered her.
