I know this would be a lot of work for whoever ended up doing it, but what if we had a sticky or whatever containing a list of TLMer's bdays?
Make the thread,have people post their birthdays so you don't have to search for them, and the people who don't really come here dont' have their birthdays posted. You could seperate them by months or maybe even by age like:
Turns 13 this year
-So and so, april 15th
-blahblah blah, September 2nd

Then you could make a birthdays of the month list for the first option
Example:
December Birthdays!
-Sososo, turns 15
-bladdyblah, turns 11
or just say their names and leave the ages out.

that would be a good thing to have in the features this month thread...hmm...
