Lately all my friends have gotten fairly good, three are super hard to beat, but I plan on making a deck that can "counter" all three.
Here are there deck.
Black wings/ winged beast (only a few non black wings as filler for him)
Gladiator Beasts and Crystal Beasts (Not same deck)
and warriors
the first two are easy, use anti special summon cards, but I still need help with warriors and some extra for the others two, I know warriors usually are based around their spells, mainly equip cards, Black wings are bout swarming, and gladiator beasts about going in and out of the deck. I have Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo and Discord (Black wings he get's his armor master out 1st turn=/) but I kinda lack in a few others, like thunder king, but any help will be loved, especially if it involves more common cards.
So yeah, I'm pretty tired of them always winning, plus lock down/ decks of this sort are usually awesome decks

Try using cards like tribe-infecting virus, or just go rare hunting behind their backs. I have this one feind monster called Gorz the emissary of darkness, he's a good monster to have. You can summon him if you're attacked with nothing on your side for defense. We're talking a 2700-point-attacker here, he can hold his own against Dark magician! Find him, and center it around a specific type. I use spellcasters and feinds, with a few other types for good measure. Also, find monsters that guard their own type. Golem Dragon protects dragons from attack, and a few others.

You started good until you used Dark magician has reference, then everything went bad. Pure blackwings and Gladiator beast are your best choices.

I had a Gorz, but I traded it so I could get a bunch of cards I needed, but also I just got the Marik SD and that deck is awesome.

The issue is you're trying to beat three different archtypes at once.
Two of these three are top tier play. Tier one, Blackwings and tier two, Gladiators.
Your best bet is to build something that is also tier one and it will give you a good change against all three.
I suggest building Quickdraw/Debris Plants. It's a very stable deck that can be explosive and offensive or defensive and reactive. In either case it recycles itself to continuously gain advantage on your opponent and eventually have such a staggering and overwhelming resource pool that your opponent is devastated.
