Seriously they eat like twice their weight and don't move.
and they are thin as fu.

Idk hopefully during the school year I'll be able to do more.

Walking's probably the easiest activity to stay fit. I've kept fit just by walking 2 hours about 4 or 5 times a week, in addition to regular walking in my every day life. I just have some music to listen to, and I find a nice path to take. It's relaxing, I get fresh air, and I like being alone just for a little reflecting time.

Swimming is a pretty easy way to get into shape. It's easy on your joints, and it's fuuuun. If you have a pool/rec center membership you should go swim laps a few nights a week. Also, change up your exercises. Don't always run or always swim. You'll get bored. So try riding bike a few days, then jogging, then swimming, then hiking, etc.

I used to be a swimmer. crying I was good too. And thin.

And I tried running every day this summer AND GOT SO BORED. Like I did get better and it did get easier but at one point I was like NAH SLEEP AMIRITE?

And my dad has to fix my bike, I have to use his and I HATE HIS its that stupid man bike that you have to hunch over like an idiot and you can't steer with one hand neutral

And I wanna go hiking! I'm going to ask mia to take me. :333

@Vitty: Now that school is starting and I don't end the day at the second school, I don't get the bus ride home which means I'ma have to walk every day after school, which is a mile and a half. :3

Just because they're skinny doesn't mean they're healthy...even skinny people have heart attacks =/

Definitely switch up your routines so you don't get bored gonk The power of the internets can bring you a plethora of different and interesting routines.

Also, I always try to exercise on Sunday. If I don't, I feel like I'll be lazy for the rest of the week. Zumba Sunday mornings sets me up for a good week of GETTIN' BUFF. 3nodding

I know what you mean about sleeping instead of getting up and exercising. xD Try to get a friend to go with you, even if they are already in shape. It'll help keep you accountable and be like "I WANT TO SLEEP BUT I TOLD SO AND SO WE WOULD GO RUN/SWIM/EXERCISE." :3

DUUUUUUUDE
Chris can't do any exercise besides swimming cause his muscles like.. I don't know I didn't ask that many questions but he's been in the hospital twice cause his muscles just deteriorate or some s**t.

I'm actually not sure if he's tried swimming..

IT WAS SCARY THOUGH. He was like pissing blood. And the first time he was in the hospital for sooooo long. But on the bright side he brought me back some of those socks with the grippy things on the bottom. 4laugh
