The saddest live movie that I've literally bawl'd on was Titanic. My throat was sore, my eyes were watery, and needed to inhale a lot.
I've also gotten emotional when I watched Click.
As for anime, I cried my eyes out from watching the following:
Basilisk Clannad & Clannad After Story Please Teacher! Grave of the Fireflies

I cried during "Bitter Virgin" and "Ichigo 100%". crying Why do I like romance mangas?

I haven't seen Twilight, but I'm sure that series would make me cry. I mean, you know, after the movies (if I managed to sit through them), when someone reminded me that the books that the movies were based upon made the author rich... Then I'd start bawling.

Pearl Harbor when I was like 5. Toy Story 3 makes me cry every time. I got teary-eyed when I watched Grave of Fireflies. Ummm...yea, that's all that I can think of at the moment.

I cried to the ending "the Last Mimzy".... You know, the part where the old man hugged that teddy bear?
That was heart-touching.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I was bawling by the part right before the end of the movie. (the last flashback part) I had to quote the movie in an essay and I started crying while writing said essay. *is a terrible crybaby.
There are a ton more, but that's the most recent one that's gotten to me. Memento almost did it for me yesterday, but I was too confused to get over-emotional about it. ^_^;
