Untamed Bewilderment

(Just Posting here the From the RP with Beat Fu)

Beat Fu
She sat at the base of the tree, looking up it with balant and complete stubourness on her face. In the relative clearness of the day her coat looked less grey then usual, and seeing her sitting really brought out her slight dogish features. She didnt like that being seen, but was too lazy to fix it. Besides...

That damned racoon was mocking her. ohhhh, it could come down and she could chase it, or it could even get away higher in the trees. But no, it sat, only about ten feet above the ground, mocking her. So she was going to wait for it to move. She could wait. She could. It's not like she was going anywhere.

It had started it anyway. Sure she wasn't hungry, but it was there, and it chased her bird, and it was stupid and she didn't like it. Not that she was being childish or anything.

Untamed Bewilderment
*As a breeze blew by her fur flowed pleasantly. The Olive color bristling int he light. Yet she was not walking. No she was running. The breeze was the air racing by. Lunar pushed forward. Running, running, fleeing. Fleeing what? An animal perhaps? Another wolf? No. Twas her past. Another nightmare another could have been home ruined. Yet she did not mind. She simply fled. Never to sleep in the wooded den again. Now she was coming upon two scents. An animal and... and another wolf. She halted to a slow pad and then to a walk as her hair stood on end. She knew how some wolves were. They liked to gang up when in a pack on lone wolfs. Not her. She would fight to death, yet she walked toward the scent of the wolf and animal.*

Beat Fu
She glared daggers at the racoon, who merely chittered in a maner to be considered cheeky. Yes. She glared a moment longer and then yawned wide, catching a scent on the wind as she did so. Wolf. Great, now she was thinking like the bird. Oh well, she wasn't moving, that racoon was not getting away.

Untamed Bewilderment
*Slowly coming into sight Lunar keep at a distance giving the She-Wolf her distance. Yet she saw what the other scent was also. A Raccoon. Not the best meal but it was something to eat. *Slowly stepping closer trying to test her limits, this was after all another wolf's meal, she looked toward her*

"Stubborn aren't they?"

Beat Fu
"Yeah, enough," she blurted at the new wolf stubbournly, still not looking over. She figured that most of the wolves about here were friendly enough anyway. And that stupid raccoon hadn't backed down either.

"But that doesn't amount to much in the end," she added, not heeding her own wisdom.

Untamed Bewilderment
*Lunar shook her head and watched. For a moment she figured she should be wise a** and scare it off. But she figured she should advice her new associate.*

"It might be better to get a running start and run the tree. That way you scare it."

*She lay down at the edge of the clearing to watch this. Lunar needed something to lighten the mood. She could not get the pictures our of her head from her nightmare.*

Beat Fu

"Been there done that," she responded, standing and beginging to pace in front of the tree. The raccoon made like it was going to move more, but just ended up flicking it's tail about. It was probably laughing at her.

"I figure I'll just wait for it to DIE," she added, realizing conversation was lacking.

*Lunar could not take it. This wolf... strong great creature was acting like... a dog. Something that she hated. Something that drove her insane.*

"You Mutt. Why not try doing something your kind would do. Not tree the damn thing like a bloodhound."

*Lunar quited herself rather quickly. She probably had just started something. Thought outside she did not care inside it was eating away at her*
-What have I done? Will this start a fight? Why am I so angry? Why do I have to be this way? Why me?-

Beat Fu
Hati froze instantly, not moving an inch, she was so still she looked dead, surprised. However, as soon as the other wolf finished her statement things changed drasticaly. Her fur rippled across her body, standing on end, and her lips slid obover her razor sharp teeth, a low rumbling growl emanating from somewhere deep inside of her. she turned only her head to face the other wolf, and a voice very unlike the one she had been using barked out angrily, her tail straightening as she confronted the other wolf.

"What did you just say to me? Say it again, I will rip your throat out and feed it to the birds. You stupid b***h," she didn't even yell. It was worse. A strong growling end to every statement, voice loud, seeming to echo about the trees.

Things could get... very bad. There is only one worse taboo then treating Hati like a dog, and if you ever commit it chances are you won't know what you did. You'd be dead.

((Here's what I posted. ^-^ ))

The lone male padded slowly though the foliage, his ears perked as sounds slowly crept though his mind. He had been mainly focusing his mind on the flutters of the bird wings about. Licking his chops he glanced upward, emerald eyes shifting about.

Jumping back, the male lowered his ears. The sudden sound of a growling wolf echoing though the trees. Lowering his body to the ground he crept slowly towards the sound, wondering what exactly was going on.

Watching the wolf Lunar stood quickly. her fur stood on end and her ears laid back. She did not bare her fangs yet, though she was ready for a fight.

"I call you a mutt because you act like a dog. If you do not like how I think you can A. Go away or B. Make me leave. I have my own opinion"

*She watches carefully aware of another scent coming closer*
-Great, now the her friend is coming. This is not going to be good. What have I started. I really must not fight. Mother......I am.....sorry-

*She slowly bares her fangs. Her skin wrinkling above the nose as she watched*

"It is not my desire to fight. But I will if I must."

Hati was barely registering what the other wolf was saying, she was trying her very hardest not to just rip into the other female, her body was shivering with the strain of over-stimulated muscles. She finaly managed to gain enough control to trust herself to speak.

"If you don't want a fight don't speak like a careless little pup, fool!" she managed to rumble out, continuing angrily, "Don't run into a fight and expect to just talk your way out!"

She faced the other wolf head on, fur bristling, not even noticing the raccoon fleeing farther up the tree, or the troubled flapping from her bird.

*Letting out a low growl from within her throat Lunar glared towards the she-wolf. Her eyes closing halfway as her upper lip trembles. A slight snarl forming in her teeth before escaping into the ears of anything around her.*

" I never back away from anything. If this is what you so want. Then I shall let your body lie here. Or you can calm down and go after your meal. Either way. Do not underestimate me."

*She slowly placed her right front paw forward one step and her left back paw one step back as her body slightly lowered as if into springing position ready for the attack. Her mind focused on the Wolf in front of her, yet her instinct and senses clicking in the back of her brain about the other wolf. She would not allow her self to be overtaken if she could. Yet this would be tricking. She knew her risk. Yet her will to survive, her pride, and most important her respect would not allow her to run now.*

"I want nothing besides basic respect, but you continue to deny me it, if you want to bleed then continue on the track you are on," she growled out even more angrily, the wolf continued to not comit to her own actions, but put on a damned good show. Hati lowered herself down into a comfortable charging position, already ready to fight, she hadn't come accross a wolf this capable of pissing her off since she had entered this territory.
*Shaking her head lowly lunar growls.*

"I will not back down. I am sorry. But if this is how it must be. To gain respect. I will not be afraid to harm you. So it is either you walk away. Or This is the last chance you will have to stand. I am really sorry."

*She did not move. Now her lips trembled worse as her teeth all stared at Hati. Lunar was not prepared. She would accept defeat or deal it. There is no backing down. There is no more running. Something clicked in her. Not instinct. But something from memory. Something about fighting. Something only she knew. Something....Shizuko...Her mother.*

"FINE!" she barked angrily, the wolf was stupid, pig headed, and had dug herself into a hole. You didn't call Hati a mutt unless you wanted to bleed, obviously, this wolf was suicidal or something. Hati bent her self lower, and sprung foreward, lunging at the other wolf, and feining for her kneck, teeth bared, before instead wedging herself under the other wolf and pushing herself upward, attempting to knock the other wolf off of her balance, words no longer nessesary and she focused only on trying to beat her opponent. If she wasnt' strong enough to win then she clearly had left home for nothing.

*Caught off guard. She was not low enough. This....how could this be she let herself already be taken. But into the air she went. Down...down she went. Slowly landing on the ground. Her eyes tainted with rage now. Rolling as quickly as she could The other wolf was probably somewhere coming for another attack. Springing up using her hind legs she launched to the spot where she last saw the other wolf. Her spot the ground. Her fangs Apart. Her tail laid out and her ears pinned back. She was aiming to bite the wolf. Though not really sure of the death mark or not. She knew she could hurt the wolf. She she plummeted toward the wolfs back hoping to sink her fangs into the wolf.*

Hati had not been expecting the wolf to come at the spot she was standing before. She was lucky that she was already a little mroe forward from the space where she had knocked the wolf off of her feet. She rolled her shoulder, allowing the other wolf to catch the loose fur of her scruff, it was almost entirely impossible to do real damage to it, so she took the chance and rolled onto her back, following the wolves lunge through, and once again getting under the olive female. Her fangs sunk into the nearest foreleg, latching on and not letting go.
