Oh, so it's like a restore? Any activity past a certain point is lost?
Do they do that on purpose, or when they have a server glitch?

Last time there was a rollback, I think I got something like one thousand extra gold in each of my accounts. No idea why - it just happened. Naturally, I spent it all straight away. I wasn't questing back then, you see.
