neutral V for Vendetta is a movie taking place in a totalitarian government controlled by a chancellor, or dictator. A young woman, named Evee, meets a mysterious gentleman in a Guy Fawkes mask, who is trying to bring down the government using nothing but knives, swords, and incredible combat skills and clever intelligence. This man, later on, is discovered to have been an escapee from an institute that tests on human subjects. The institute had caught on fire.
