ok due to popular vote the best choice i had was the completely reconstruct the deck, so i went ahead and did that for the most part, yes i know that i have all 7 monarchs in there. Yes i know its probably a bad idea but it just didnt feel right having only 2-3 of the monarchs in there, so yeah. sweatdrop
Also, im still not done with this really, still in the experimental state and all and just wantin to know if it needs another overhaul or just need to tweak a few things here and there. x.x;

still looks bad, all you really did was add a few monsters (including Tragoedia, which is Limited to 1 btw) and i do remember stating that only Caius, Raiza, and Thestalos were the only ones you need to run, with Mobius as a side choice. Sacred Phoenix and The Creator are unnecessary, take them and their tutors out. in fact, here's my Monarch deck (please take a note or 2):

hope this points you in the right direction =) All right, i think i got a better build put together, im still thinking on using phoenix and creator, mainly because basically everyone i uses sak, fissure, hammer shot, dimensional prison, other cards of that nature would help fully use phoenix's effect, and then creator for bringing back previously destroyed monarchs, honest, trag, etc.

Yah I would go with Randells build. His is more the norm.
On the other hand I've herd romor from people at my locals that theres a Japenese monarch build thats doing really well that uses a full 15 monarchs in the main deck so if you could get a hold of the deck list for 15 gauge monarchs then you might try that.

Yeah I herd it too and I've been trying to get the list to test drive but have been unsuccessful thus far, but I agree with randal on the list, though I'd swap one Thestalos for one Raiza
