Ex. A theory on why Zoro posses Haki (Even though he doesn't)

My theory is that Whitebeard has son or daugher.
And Devil Fruit is reborn after the one, who ate it, dies. And, it will reborn with stronger powers.

That would mean, more persons devil fruit have gone trough, more stronger it is.

WG has "Devil farms", where they grow different types of Devil fruits using method above.
